St Clement Vets is a small family owned practice which is friendly, dynamic, modern with a well equipped purpose built main surgery at Truro. The practice is small enough to offer continuity and individual care for your pets with just one receptionist at each branch so we should get to know you personally. We have a strong community ethos, and try to ensure that we participate fully in local life.

“Excellent all round care and service”
We have a 3 year old cocker spaniel cross female. She has recently been treated for an ear infection. We recieved a kind and caring approach to our pet's needs and medical care. The advice and attitude was and is outstanding. we couldn't have asked for a better service. She has also been recently spayed, her operation went well. and again the care and consederation given is outstanding, we highly recommend st clements vet clinic to those who love their pets as much as we do, and a big thankyou to all staff there.
