“Little bunnies ”

We recently took our 2 boy bunnies in to be neutered. One if the bunnies was just fine and routine
The second smaller bunny turned into a major operation as Emese found his bladder was misplaced needing a major op.

The staff were wonderful throughout and we now have our bunnies Casper and Ace back home.

A checkup is due in a weeks time and we will go and see the staff again.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a top class local vet.

“Fantastic vet"”

I went to the vets early yesterday with a much loved, very poorly golden retriever, Jake, who is 12. I arrived at 8.30 in my desperation anxious to be seen but the sign on the door indicated that opening time was 9 am. Imagine my surprise then when the vet came to the door soon after 8.30 and let me in bless her! She was under pressure anyway as her nurse had gone off sick that morning.

She very sensitively examined Jake thoroughly and made a diagnosis and was very reassuring and caring to me also. She demonstrated genuine affection for my dog which meant a lot to me and Jake responded very well too.

I also have a second reason to commend Emese as she euthanised my other dog Sarge in January this year. Yet again at a very difficult time she displayed the same caring and sensitivity which means so much and colours your experience at such an emotional time.

I would like to say a huge thank you to her and hope she will be commended for going the extra mile which so many vets seem unable to do these days.

Many thanks Emese. Your kindness is much appreciated

“Great vet”

Very caring, reassuring and informative vet and lovely team. My dog used to shake coming to vet but no problems here. Would definitely recommend this practice.

“Would recommend”

The vets and staff at the practice are helpful and informative. I've always been able to get an appointment for my pet. They've been patient with me and my pet and handled her ok-ish, considering she has athritis. My only gripe is that I wish the surgery opened a little later in the evenings.
