My cat was ill for two years, my vet at the time could not seem to find out what was wrong. For this reason I changed to Companion care vets in Bridgend - one visit and I knew what was wrong with him, he will be on tablets for the rest of his life but is now a happy, healthy cat. Very pleased and would like to say thank you

I woke up early morning because I could hear my 8 year dog moving around. I went downstairs to find him swollen and distressed. I phoned my own vet but had the choice of driving 15 miles to the out of hours vet, or waiting till they opened locally at 10.00am. I remembered that Pets at Home had a vet now in store, so went there at 9.00 am without an appointment. The staff at the vets were very helpful, and managed to 'fit poor Jiffy in within about 10 minutes. The vet took her time to calm him down, as he was still distressed, and quickly got to the root of the problem(allergy). She gave him an injection and tablets. I especially appreciated the time she took to talk to him, as he is a typical staffy who gets agitated easily. I have already used the vetoes again, and have recommended them to friends. Full marks from me!

Took my new puppy to Bridgend for his vaccinations and micro chip. I had an excellent deal which included all of this and more! The staff were very friendly and because of the way the staff treated cooper and gave treats whilst giving injections etc.. he now loves the vets. I also attended a puppy socialisation class for cooper to meet other dogs - this was a free service offered.
