“Cannot fault anything! Thank you!”

I have two cats registered with Companion Care in Colchester and i just cannot speak highly enough of the service i have received across 4/5 visits. I have always been made to feel very welcome and my cats too!

I took my eldest cat in this Monday as she had one of her back feet, the vet wanted to make sure she was checked out as he thought it could be broken. I was told that she would need an xray ASAP and the following morning was extremely busy but to bring her in anyway. After arriving in the morning, I was seen to very quickly and the vet nurse explained everything i needed/wanted to know. The receptionist was also extremely helpful when i needed to fill in my claims form. I just had to turn up at 5:30pm to collect my cat and again, they were very good at explaining what had happened.

I seriously cannot recommend Companion Care in Colchester enough. If you want to use a vets that's friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced, go there!

“What Excellent Customer Service!”

I cannot recommend this practice enough. I was so nervous about Gary going in for his neuter (I'm well aware it's silly, he's just very important to me!) But I've just called the practice and the lady on the phone (Sue?) was so lovely. She went over to him and talked to him whilst I was on the phone, explained what they did and all of the aftercare to me again (even though they've gone through this with my partner earlier) and I cannot thank her enough, and all the team, for being so kind.
If you love your pet - this is the place to take them! It's run by people who clearly have pets too.

“Just the Best”

Companion Care looked after my wonderful little Patterdale for many years,he even enjoyed his monthly routine visit; I then had to take the horrid decision to have him put to sleep, but Companion Care were there to offer both wonderful care to Chessie at this time and also support with a friendly cuddle to me - I would recomment their veterinary care to all pet owners, they are just superb!!!!

“More than I could ever ask for”

I started to use this vets practice after they were recommended to me and they are so much better than who I was with at the time and cheaper. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and clearly love their jobs, the receptionists are very knowledgeable and helpful always happy to take time with customers no matter how busy they are. My dog loves going to the vets so much she drags me through the store to get to them (even down the food shelves) When I had to say goodbye to my rabbit they were so compassionate and even sent a condolence card, its small gestures like that that really make them stand out from the rest. I've already recommended them to anyone I can and will continue to do so as I really cannot fault them at all. Certainly a happy customer :)

“amazing support”

Highley recommend companion care for the best care and treatment. To cut a long story short my friends cat has broken his leg which you can imagine would cost a bomb.. We were close to saying a heavy hearted goodbye to him as my friend couldn't afford the full vet bill. As we was left to say goodbye to him the vet bronwyn hussey came in to tell us that they can help as much as they can with the vet bill to ensure he will be okay to go forward with the amputation and that my friend can have him home again. He is only a year old it would of been heart breaking to lose his short life. So a big thank you to bronwyn for all her help and support. Oscar is now home on 3 legs but that's better then no life. Thank you so much companion care.
