My dog has been looked after by the staff of this practice for many years; through routine appointments, general minor illnesses and a couple of emergency visits. He was recently put to sleep at the age of 15 years due to his failing health and mobility. I have found the vetinary staff friendly, helpful and caring - also many thanks to the ladies on the reception desk for all your help. I would not hesitate to recommend your practice.

I have been a regular at Companion care, Milton Keynes for over 14 years. I have always valued the high level of service and care my pets have received. Staff are professional, friendly & polite and always go the extra mile.
The reception staff are excellent - especially Emma - who always does her best to accommodate appointments around my schedule. And Alison is brilliant at completing claim forms - never makes any mistakes!
The nursing staff are fantastic; Becky, Liz & Bridget to name a few. It is always hard leaving any of my cats for a procedure - but knowing how caring and friendly they are, gives me such tremenodouse peace of mind.
In my opinion Huw Morgan-Jones is the best vet my cats have seen - and happy was the day he took over the practice back in 2009. I have every confidence in him and trust him implicitly. He always takes time to explain conditions, diagnoses, options and treatments thoroughly. Whilst being as positive and reasuring as he can be, when news is not great he will not give false hope just to appease - something I really appreciate.
My only complaint is that he is not there enough!

Having taken my Netherland Dwarf Rabbit Belle for her first vaccination's here I thought as they had her details this is where I would have her spayed. On the day of the surgery we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and taken to the front desk to book Belle in. We were then taken into the the consultation room by Becky Viszked who was very friendly and professional and was so good with Belle as she did her pre op checks and made sure we knew all the information and the risks. Later that day I received a phone call from Hannah Wood one of the Vet surgeons to say that Belle had a bad reaction the the anesthetic and that she had stopped breating during the procedure and that they manually ventelated her and brought her back round as they decided it was to risky to do the op. Hannah was very professional and caring on the phone so not to worry me. I know that it was the quick thinking and skills the people had on that day that saved Belle's life and I will always be thankfull to them all.

I would like to thank the vets for their help and sensitivity last week. I'd never been to the practice before but because my car was very unwell and this is the nearest practice to my home I decided to give them a try to save her a longer journey in the car. Both vets I saw were very thorough and treated both my cat and myself with understanding and respect. Unfortunately my cat was so unwell she needed to be put to sleep but I know every avenue was explored before I made the decision. Thank you too to the ladies on reception for your kindness. It meant a lot to myself and my daughter at a very difficult time.

my daughters cat had been hit by a car on 23rd july 2014 and took it to this vets as this is where they are registerd and the vet looked at missy and said she had either broke her hip os dislocatec it? she needed a x-ray which would cost £400 but coild not do thsi untill the following day laeving the cat ocviuosly in pain but woudl send her to their other 24 hour vets fop overnight pain releif at a cost of £250 it felt like the cat was laying on his table and he was on a calculator adding money to the bill as we stood there.what ever happend to animimal care this estabilished is all about making money and no care or respect for the cats welfare she was finally booked in to have her hip put back in place anither £400 the following day? which in actual fact they could have done the day before whilst she was sedated to have the x-ray done the day before my opionon disgusting that they would leave a 5 year old cat like this. would never use them again
I am very sorry to read this. We always pride ourselves on ensuring all animals we are given the privilege to treat, are cared for to a high standard and this case was no exception. There are good technical reasons for performing treatments such as replacing a hip at a later date. As always the challenge for us is to communicate what needs to be done at a time that is stressful emotionally and financially.

Have had several animals of various shapes and sizes in my life. This vets is great. The staff are friendly & professional, they've always been thorough when my pet needed an operation & it's always been clean. The Manager is always really helpful & they get involved in local events which is great too.
