I have been to the vets a few times with my bunnies - for checkups and also to be shown how to clip their nails. Staff have always been very friendly and done their best to make sure my pets are as relaxed as possible. :)

After going to other vets I returned here as from past experience,I had every faith in the care and knowledge for my dear little dog and Lesley once again gave the right diagnosed of Reverse sneezing- she advised I view it at home on my computer - and spot on again- so so pleased it is nothing serious and I know once again have peace of mind- it is worth the round journey of 50 miles- I cant thank you enough- I was recommended this vet from Meadow green of Hales, this is a dog rescue center - were my faithful adorable dog came from.

We have recently moved to the area and went to this surgery as it was highly recommended by a friend.
I was very impressed by how professional and friendly the staff. But most importantly how well the vet handled both my cats and how at ease they obviously were with him.
I would highly recommend this practice

I cannot say enough good things about Stefan and the team at Hall Road.
Sadly we lost our little poodle but it was certainly not through any lack of effort from this practice.
Stefan was kind and professional and explained every step of her care in an extremely clear and unpatronising manner. He displayed a huge amount of affection for our dog whilst being totally honest with us about her prospects of recovery. He is a genuinely lovely man who has clearly found his calling in vetinary practice.
Today I received a sympathy card from the team at hall rd, something I have not experienced in all my years as a dog owner from any veto nary practice.
I have highly recommended this practice to family and friends who own pets.
