After having a extremely bad service, regarding all aspects, in a "independent, family run" vets close by, we moved to Companion Care Vets in New Malden, not far from Raynes Park Station. What a difference!
There's nothing to fault there. The staff are so caring, you can feel they genuinely love what they do! Our Mini Schnauzer Greta has been there several times since a puppy, for many different reasons, they were always spot on regarding conditions and treatments.
They are very reliable as they've never made a mistake with Greta. It was a huge peace of mind finding them after our traumatic experience.
Vet Michelle is fabulous! I've seen her once running up and down the clinic to save a dog, that has had a seizure, like it was her own.
After our previous experience, I can say that small vets that say only them can offer truly personal, caring service with experienced vets and advanced facilities, are lying to you just to take your money!
We trust 100% our little Greta's life on their hands and highly recommend Companion Care Vets in New Malden.

Thought we would write a review for our wonderful vet Robert Fraser, who has seen our dog vinnie on a couple of occasions. He's a great vet, very patient, kind, knowledgable and fun. We have had vinnie just under a year now and are still learning things about him everyday, we have had a few visits to the vet for silly reasons I.e thorns in paws And Robert has always put us at ease as well as informing us of symptoms to look for at home. Thank you Robert! You are amazing as always!

We cannot praise the wonderful people at Companion Care enough. We were fostering a dog from a local rescue centre, who had been 'checked over' by their vet before she came to me. No-one had any idea she was pregnant - until the puppies arrived! We took her to Companion Care in a state of stress and shock (us and the dog!) but Michelle and the other staff were truly amazing. It was a Friday night and they were about to close, but they stayed open to take her in and look after her - even offering a caesarean section as she was so malnourished. That wasn't necessary in the end, but the support and care we received (both at the time AND in the days that followed) was amazing. Thank you all!
We are pleased to say that once the puppies were weaned we adopted their mum! How could we not, after all she went through with us?!

All my pets have been neutered with them. One of my rabbits has been very poorly and we weren't sure he would make it but the vets were amazing and now you wouldn't know he had even been so poorly.
Such a great vets, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Always willing to explain things and the different options available. Have already recommend to many of my friends who live in the area.

Such a brilliant vets, I would go any where else and even moving out of the area I have stuck with them.
The animals are looked after well and I'm never charged over the odds.
All round a great vets

Fantastic veterinary practice - the three vets at the practice that I have seen have been wonderful with my boxer dog . All come across as compassionate, dedicated and very knowledgeable. Crucially they work hard to explain what they are doing or recommend which helps to reassure and give the owner the ability to make better decisions.
Living in Wimbledon I longed for a vet as good as the one my parents used for 30 years back in Buckinghamshire to look after their dogs over the years. Didn't expect to find it but absolutely have. Makes a huge difference and couldn't recommend more highly.
