Unfriendly reception staff, expensive, booster and kennel cough vaccination £25 cheaper at another local vets
I am sorry you felt that one of the receptionist was not helpful as we discussed on the phone conversation. She was stressed because we were short of 2 vets due to train delays. This is the reason but I do not want this to sound as an excuse because it should not. Whatever happens in the practice the service should not be affected, anybody in the practice and specially receptionists have to be prepared to go the extra mile to help anybody and in this case she failed to deliver. As head vet of the practice I really appreciate your feedback to identify any specific mistakes we could have done. Measures have been taken to make sure it does not happen again. Client care is a very important part of our job and we take it very seriously. If you have any problems in the future please do not hesitate to call me and I will try to help you as much as possible. Regarding the cost, you agreed that the comparison not necessary it was like for like. I am glad after my call you want to carry on using our services and we can prove you that we provide a professional, high standard and friendly service.

I cannot recommend the vets at companion care enough, from the reception staff nurses and vets. Their opening hours are good including saturdays and sundays. When recommended to have my staffie put down because of illness by another practice they had the patience and expertise and care to get her back on feet and the old lady is now doing very well under their expert care
Always a positive experience with these vets

Not only can you trust the integrity, expertise and professionalism of the vets in this practice they do not forget that for every animal there is a hardworking and caring human who has walked in with their pet. A vetinary practice is after all a business. However, in these days where many business only think of themselves, this business maintains the human touch. This practice will not spend your hard earned money unnecessarily but will advise what is needed to get your pet well as efficiently as possible. We have unfortunately had to take our dogs to the vet for illnesses ranging from blocked anal glands through to a life threatening infection. The course of action has always been honest and appropriate.

When our cat, Fosse, was bitten and was critically ill, these guys did everything they could to save her and thankfully Fosse is fit and healthy now! From the receptionists, the nurses and the vets, everyone I dealt with was fantastic, thank you!

My dog Bruno had a cruciate ligament problem 4 months ago and he is back to himself, running off the lead again.
Many thanks for your great care and support for my dog and myself.
