I visited Companion Care Tamworth in September, when I received a huge amount of help in trying to contact the family of a lovely little cat that had moved in to our garden. The Reception Team and Nurses we met were so caring and helpful, I can not thank you enough. Since then, as there was no response from her family, we have been back for a check up and advice on worming/ flea treatment etc. On each visit we receive such a warm welcome, the team show such a genuine interest in our new little addition to the family and we always receive very clear and simple guidance, which is great for us as first time cat keepers. A fabulously caring and patient team!

On Sunday I found two kittens in a tree - mum had been run over unfortunately and they had been on their own for nearly a week. I tried to get them into my normal vets who told me they 'weren't an emergency' and suggested I call the RSPCA which was absolutely disgraceful (I've now left that vets!).
However, when I brought them to see the Veterinary Nurse at PAH Tamworth they were treated with kindness, understanding and I was given all the reassurances I needed. Great service, real empathy with my situation and genuinely professional attitude. First class. Thank you from Rocky and Ruby (aged 6 weeks give or take and doing very well now thank you!)

We found a lump on our dog's stomach, I got an appointment booked in within a few days with Monika. She gave us several options and advised us of the best route to take. The following morning I dropped the dog in for an operation, through the course of the day they kept me up to date on how he was doing. After returning several times for check ups etc. all the staff have been friendly and very helpful everytime. Having seen Monika over the course of his treatment I can strongly recommend her to anyone.

We are first time pet owners having had neighbours abandon 2 cats on us. The staff at Companion care vets are always willing to give advice on food, fleas, behaviour and of course health. Whenever we have had a question to ask or an appointment we have been treated like we are the only customers that day. The staff take the time to get to know the pets and their background. Through and through an outstanding veterinary practice.
