“Best Vets”

Ash vets are professional and caring - factors I consider most important. They have the skills, but also they are able to (and take the time to) explain what is happening and what needs to be done. The kindness of all the staff, to both animals and owners, makes often very difficult times bearable.

“Great Veterinary Practice”

I have been a client of Ash Vets for several years. They are always very professional and everything is explained clearly.

The surgery is bright, clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Their Ash Regulars direct debit facility is very useful to spread the cost of standard treatments over the year.

“Every Pet is a VIP”

Ash Vets stand out as the most caring vets I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Not just my own pets but EVERY pet is a Very Important Pet to the staff - vets, nurses and receptionists. In the past, my pets used to shiver and pull back from entering the vet's surgery but at Ash Vets they eagerly pull to get in !

That's enough of a testimony for me.

“Ash Vets. Great practice”

We have used ash vets for a number of years and have had a honest, friendly and excellent service. We continue to use Ash Vets even though we have now moved away from the area.

I would recommend this practice to anyone.

“Excellent”

Excellent/piece of mind Vets. We all love our animals so important to find the right Vets. Rachel Thomas @ Ash Veterinary Group genuinely loves all the animals she treats. She has always given me excellent advice and put my mind at rest - no matter how small the advice/treatment she has never let my animals down. Ash Vets make me feel comfortable and thus makes my animals relaxed and comfortable. Thanks Ash Vets.

“excellent care!”

have been with ash vets since 2008 and they have provided my 5 cats with the most exceptional care. my oldest cat was so very ill(age 20) and had to be put to sleep, which was a very difficult time for us but the vets handled the situation with compassion and professionalism. all the vets are great but two are outstanding! Rachel and Katie they understand that a household with two young children and 4 cats can be so difficult to plan around and will aid the situation by helping to plan appointments around work and school! a great vets practice in general.

“Merlyn the lively over friendly lurcher”

I have only been owned by Merlyn for 13 months he has had a lot of problems with his back legs, and the vets have always tried to get them better, they will never be perfect but they are better then they were. And everyone is always very friendly and helpful even when Merlyn is not always on his best behaviour. So Thankyou everyone. From Merlyn and linda.
