I used the Vet to Pet service as not great at driving, and my dog needed her booster. Douglas and Cathy came today, what can I say, two lovely people who were so friendly, and nice for Annie, my dog, to be seen at home.
This is a fantastic service, and thank you Douglas and Cathy, I have made the next appointment.

As above first class service and treatment administered to our dog who was in a poor way. Quick response (3 rings of the emergency number) and the Vet met us in under 20 mins. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This vet is the best one I have been to and I would not go anywhere else now.
All staff are respectful, knowledgeable, practical and have an excellent "petside manner".
The Pet Health Club (the vets own pet plan) is the best value one in the Highland area that I know of because, unlike some local vet pet plans, it also includes the full first course of vaccines and micro chipping.
My cats come in every month for a weigh in with the nurse and get regular check ups with the vet. I also order their food from here at discount cost which is from one of the few ethical companies out there - Royal Canin.
I recommend it to anyone looking for a vet or considering changing their current vet.

Crown Vets, Inverness, have cared for 3 of our cats, all of whom lived until they were 18/19. Not only did they care about our cats, but also they cared about us and understood our heartbreak when we lost each of them. I would not hesitate to recommend Crown Vets to anyone.

Alison has been just brilliant with Milo. He is a quirky dog but he loves her and trusts her. She is very gentle, kind and professional and explains everything throughly to me.
Of course she is good with Echo too but he likes everyone!

For over 20 years this practice has cared for my animals and I recently had to bring in my last cat, 18 year old Skye, to be euthanised. I will never forget how kind, considerate and informative the vet was. He told us everything to expect and reassured us we were doing a kind thing.
He also took time and gave us several opportunities to withdraw. He explained every step of the procedure and what might happen and assured us that all these things are normal. He prepared us for exactly how long it was likely to take and gave us a last time alone with Skye. He ensured we were ready and treated the cat with respect and kindness speaking quietly and gently. Lastly we were allowed to leave by the back door and told there was no question of a bill at this stage.
So as well as taking superb care of our cats and dog throughout their lives this final visit has reinforced what an excellent practice we have in Crown Vets. Thank you.

Alison trusted that I knew my dog and believed me when I said she was unwell, after losing my last dog at 2yrs old I was terrified it was going to happen again, everyone has been fabulous receptionists, nurses and vets!! Alistair recommended petplan insurance to me when I got her and I am eternally grateful to them too. thankfully wee Bella is getting better, will be on meds and special diet for the rest of her life so Alison you cant leave!! I feel safe in the knowledge that my bella is getting the best treatment and care possible from everyone there
