This is the best and friendliness vets. The staff are very help and caring. They would go out there way and provide the best service ever. My dog always receive best treatment from them and is never afraid to visit. The staff are professional and would ensure you understand everything. They will also offer alternatives and not just tell you to go with the expensive options.
I would highly recommend this vet.

I would not trust any other vets with my 5 year old boxer, he has allergies to everything. All of the staff are fantastic and always so helpful. Thank you

Without this veterinary practice and in particular Neus Elias, 2 of my dogs would not be here!
Neus performed an emergency c section on my tiny chihuahua, who was having one HUGE pup! Momma and puppy both happy and well one year later! I would not take my dogs anywhere else, and would highly recommend this practice. Very professional staff, caring, and always welcoming. Quite simply the best vets in liverpool

We used this vets for our American bulldog cross rottweiler's needles.
Very friendly staff and my pup actually never wants to leave when we visit. We regularly take her to pets at home with us and go to get her weighed and the reception staff are lovely, always make a fuss of our dog and we always leave with a free bag of dental treats for her.
Would recommend to anyone.. :)

Lovely vet practice! They always make a fuss over my duke, Elaine is fab and all the vets are lovely. Always feel like we're part of their team when we're there, I know we can call up for advice or help if we ever need to and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I CALLED IN TO VETS 4 PETS AT SPEKE RETAIL PARK YESTERDAy - I WAS WALKING MY DOG AT SPEKE HALL WHEN HE APPEARED TO BE UNWELL - HE WAS COUGHING AND CHOKING AND SHAKING!! AS I WAS REALLY WORRIED ABOUT HIM I WENT TO THE NEAREST VETS ON HAND - I TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST WE WERE NOT REGISTERED THERE BUT WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE VET - SHE SAID SHE WOULD ASK BUT DIDN'T THINK THE VET WOULD SEE US - SHE WENT AWAY AND CAME BACK AND SAID THEY COULDN'T ATTEND TO US BECAUSE WE WEREN'T REGISTERED THERE!! I REMARKED THAT WE HAD BEEN THINKING OF GETTING A VET NEARER TO OUR HOME = SHE SAID IF WE REGISTERED SHE WOULD THEN SEE IF THE VET COULD SEE US!! - I COULDN'T BELIEVE SUCH A CALLOUS ATTITUDE!! WE DECLINED TO REGISTER AS I WOULD NOT WANT SUCH AN UNCARING PRACTICE LOOKING AFTER MY PETS - IN THE EVENT MY DOG WAS OK - HE HAD A BIT OF A FEATHER STUCK IN HIS THROAT - BUT THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT!! - I DO INTEND REGISTERING WITH A PRACTICE NEARER TO MY HOME IN HALE VILLAGE BUT IT CERTAINLY WONT BE VETS 4 PETS !!!!!
Our Protocol for Emergencies for non registered clients is that the receptionist would check with the Vet to see if the case in question would class as an emergency. Then, if the vet deemed the case as an emergency then we would advise the client of the appropriate fee's involved and we would advise the client that we would need to register their details and their pet's details on our system in order to allocate the appropriate time and treatment, and thus enabling the Vet to make notes on said case.
At Vets4Pets Speke, we would never leave an animal in distress any longer than was absolutely essential and all cases are assessed on their own merit. This may mean a slight delay in some treatments, but as our vet and nurse were in surgery this would sometimes be unavoidable.

Went to Speke Vets4pets because my boxer dog was not well. All the staff are so friendly, caring and helpful.I would one hundred percent recommend this practice to my friends and family, I only wish I had found them earlier than I did. They really do care about you and your pet and all the staff from Elaine the receptionist, the vets and nurses are very warm and caring people, they are a credit to their profession. I cant thank them enough for all their support through a very difficult time.
