We always used the same vets for years, but when our dog ben developed a skin condition and became extremely poorly..not eating and hardly able to walk..and after spending nearly £2000
With no cure or answer, after nearly 3 months. .we decided to try...Blacks vets in Dudley.
Blacks vets have been our life line..from the extremely kind and polite, reception staff and nurses
To the excellent vet John o' Fylnn.,.who showed kind and caring approach when dealing with Ben..he took time to listen to our concerns..and quickly found a cure for Ben.
Without the help of Blacks vets..im sure ben would not be here to wag his tail, play ball and give us big wet kisses!!
Thank you all so much.

We've used Black's in Oldbury for a few years for our maniac Cocker Spaniel Blue. recently he's had anal gland infection problems, but on a recent visit they discovered a tumor. We were really worried that because of his age there could be a bad outcome- but although this was clealy explained to us, the treatment we received at both Oldbury and at the Dudley hospital was amazing. I'm delighted to say Blue now has the all clear and we owe everything to the wonderful staff at Black's!

The care Blacks provide for our animals is second to none, excellent facilities, excellent care and wonderful staff. The staff are also very considerate to us owners too which is very much appreciated and contributes to why they are the best vets I have ever visited - wouldn't go anywhere else now.

We had to use emergency service not my normal vets but the care and compassion given and shown at such a sad and difficult time was second to none. The room we were put to say our good byes in the fact they didn't rush us the hand written card and the kind words were individual to our circumstances and not just repeated.
The honesty shown in us making such a difficult discission.
I have now changed these to my main vets.
