Thank you so much to Black 's vets and the emergency out of hours team for taking in our beautiful Jasmine and sorting out her poorly tummy. We are so grateful for the care and attention you've given to her and couldn't have asked for better care. Your private room at the Dudley hospital was just the place I needed to spend some time with her whilst she was under you care. Thank you! We've always been very impressed with the care all our dogs receive at Black's which is why we travel 10 miles to use the practice. Fantastic team, fantastic service and fantastic care.

My kitten had previously been seen at another vets for pre-neuter checks but it wasn`t mentioned to me that his un-descended testicle might cause health problems in the future. I am so glad I brought him to Blacks as the vet gave him such a thorough health check and really made him feel special! I was informed about what was wrong and what type of surgery he would have to have but that this would still be fairly simple. I booked the operation for his unusual castration for the next working day and it all went smoothly - the wound is so neat! I was pleased that he was given pain killers and a collar for afterwards as when my girl was spayed at the other vets she didn't have either and ended up biting open her wound which was horrible for us to see. Thanks to Simon, Kevin, Kate and all the nurses for looking after Remy.

Thank you for your constant support, knowledge and clear options/pathways to follow regarding treatment. I personally would not take 'Angel' to anyone else. I really would have no hesitation in recommending Black's Vets.

I've been using Blacks Vets for 8 years now and have always found the service to be great, but these last couple of weeks have demonstrated how amazing they really are. Unfortunately one of my cats was admitted into the hospital due to illness and despite the hard work of the vets and nurses she couldn't be saved and I had to put my baby to sleep. During this time the compassion and dedication of the staff really shone through, from the veterinary surgeons to the reception staff - keeping me updated regularly, explaining everything and letting me sit in a side room with her when I visited. They even sent a condolence card, hand written by the vet who put her to sleep. These little touches meant a lot during this hard time.
Now I know why the reception area is full of thank you cards.

We always used the same vets for years, but when our dog ben developed a skin condition and became extremely poorly..not eating and hardly able to walk..and after spending nearly £2000
With no cure or answer, after nearly 3 months. .we decided to try...Blacks vets in Dudley.
Blacks vets have been our life line..from the extremely kind and polite, reception staff and nurses
To the excellent vet John o' Fylnn.,.who showed kind and caring approach when dealing with Ben..he took time to listen to our concerns..and quickly found a cure for Ben.
Without the help of Blacks vets..im sure ben would not be here to wag his tail, play ball and give us big wet kisses!!
Thank you all so much.
