Practice Details

We are the practice where  Pets Come First

If you want your pet seen the same day, we will always find you an appointment - we want to be there for you when you need us! That's why we have convenient clinics at Lye, Sedgley, Causeway Green and Quinton with access to all the additional facilities of the main Dudley Hospital.

Appointments - Weekday at all our surgeries  9.00am - 7.00pm. Saturday appointments at Dudley Hospital 9.00am - 10.00pm and 2.15pm - 4.00pm, Causeway Green Oldbury 9.00am - 10.00am, Sedgley 11am - 12.00pm, Sunday appointments are at our Dudley Hospital 11.00am to 12 noon.

24 hour emergency cover is staffed by our own veterinary team of vets and nurses.

“Quincy”

Since Q was a puppy, we have been bringing her to Black's. We have never had any issues and Quincy has made several visits in her young life! From having cherry eye as a puppy to a more recent ear infection, Black's staff have been nothing but professional. We always feel like Quincy is in the best hands when we bring her in for anything.

“teeth”

Came to have boosters found out both teeth while a bit bad. Always worried have cats put under but blacks made me feel very comfortable great service

“Very poor service”

As said only seemed interested in being paid,had no interest in our dog at all,consultation took 3 minutes where surely a dog very unwell with bloodshot eyes should have there eyes looked at,seeing anothed vet today for second opinion

“Blacks Vets Excellent Service always”

We have had a lot of problem with our dog in the last few months and the care that Patch has had has been fantastic. He has been diagnosed wth Addisons disease and he is now brilliant with the correct medication. This is our 4th Dog we have brought to Blacks Vets over the years and would not go any where else. There is always respect for the us the owner and our dogs have always been treated wonderfully!!!!! Emma the Vet is the most wonderful Vet, I would recommend her to everyone. thank you to all of the team. Liz Marsh

“a newbie ”

Rolo was only 12 weeks old I only just registered him two days prior to the incident of rolo chewing on a wooden clothes peg. From the receptionist to the vet help me to see if I could claim through my pet insurance. Also they inform you every step of the way on treatment plans.
