“visit review”

I was able to get an appointment for my budgie at short notice. The vet was friendly and honest. Extremely helpful. I was happy with the service we got.

“much better than last time.”

My family and I have been using you for over 20 years and we have always had a great service.
however the last couple of visits have been poor, so much so that we have looked at other vets but thought we would give you one last try.
the vet we saw this time was brilliant she was excellent with our cat and gave me some very advice also. The staff in the waiting room were also better then previous visits.
we will be coming back.

“Customer care”

We have had 4 of our dogs registered at the practice in the last 15 years or so two of which were older dogs who we inherited from family due to old age. We currently have two dogs registered with this practice a 9 year old springer spaniel and a 6 month old Dalmatian. We have never had a bad service from either the reception staff or any of the version army staff be it nurses or vets. I am vert satisfied with the practice and will continue to use this practice with any other pet I may have in the future.

“Tottie, a.k.a. Grotty”

A thorough examination by a listening vet, followed by a prompt blood test and clear explanation of the results. The subsequent treatment seems to have been successful. So, a good visit and outcome.

“Edward avenue ”

My dog lexi as been going to the parks Edward avenue branch since she was 12 weeks old. She as had quite a few problems within her two years from her skin to eating one of her toys and needing a major operation. She as always enjoy going and this is due to how good everyone at the park is. I would fully recommend to anyone to take there pets.

“Well looked after”

We were seen at short notice to sort out my dog's broken claw. We were seen
promptly on arrival and my dog was treated well. I was given advice about looking after my dog following treatment. The only downside was the bill, which was as little higher than I was expecting. Overall though, excellent, professional service.
