We have been using the Park for 9 years plus and have nothing but praise for the Park. We have found them caring thoughtful and there when we needed them. Both of our dogs have had medical issues but we have got through them with the help of 'The Park'. I would like to say a big thank you to Gareth, vet at the Saffron lane branch as my dogs have spent many a time with him and he is an extremely caring, thoughtful vet and i know my dogs are in safe hands . Special mention to Glenfield Emergency hospital as they recenly spent almost four months nursing one of our Border Terriers back to health. Great service, thank you.

I have been using The Park Vets on Saffron Lane for over 30 years for both my many cats and dogs. In all that time, during illness and euthanesia, I have received nothing but professionalism, kindness and empathy from all the staff. They have supported me through some difficult times and I would highly recommend them as a vetinary practise.

We had to have our 19 year old cat put to sleep.
The vet had nothing ready, the cat was panicking after the vet had tried to inject her in the leg. She then said oh I had better try the other leg. What made it even worse was the fact my wife could hear all this in the waiting room. Also two other nurses could be heard laughing in the background.
It was bad enough we had to have her put down without all this other unprofessional stuff going on.
We were very saddened to read this review. At the Park Vet Group we pride ourselves on our care and compassion, especially at such a emotional time for the client, but it seems that on this occasion we did not meet the high standards that we have set.
The client has been contacted and all of the concerns have been addressed.
The staff working happily is what we like, but we accept that there is a time and place for laughter. They were totally unaware of what was happening in the other part of the building. In future we will strive to let the staff know when situations like this arise.
