“Friendly Practice”

Took our 8 week old puppy Bertie for his first check up and injection today. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Sandra. We knew from the offset that Bertie would be in good hands here, she was very welcoming.

He then saw Genevieve the vet,she was very informative and took care in dealing with Bertie.

They both gave us lots of advice about having a new puppy and dealing with him being away from his mum in the early stages.

We would highly recommend this practice and we look forward to a long and happy relationship with them.

“It”

I have been using Goddard vet group in Acton for 7 years for my cat. It's very easy to get help, an appointment in a timely manner and you get the personal touch that is often lost these days.

The main vet Genevieve Touzel is an amazing find. She is very attentive, takes a personal interest in my cats general behaviour and welfare as well as any symptoms.

The nurses Sandra and Katrina are always helpful and smiling so I enjoy my visit. Even though my cat complains at the car journey he relaxes as soon as he is there and seems to not get stressed by the staff or the environment at all!

I am so trusting of their care that I am going to utilise their boarding facilities for my cat whilst I move home as I know they will fuss him and make him as happy as is possible.

Looking for a vet in Acton / Ealing? Look no further than here it may not be 21st century decor but once inside and interacting with the staff then you know you're in the right place!

“Friendly, reassuring and accomodating”

The staff at Goddard Vet Surgery Acton have always been welcoming, reassuring and willing to help (both on the phone and in person). They are incredibly amenable and have always been able to work around my long working hours. They always seem to care for, and look after animals on an individual basis, and I was at ease leaving my 7 month old kitten with them over night. The environment at the surgery is always positive and hospitable - I have had many chats with staff and other visiting pet owners, and get the feeling the staff know many local pets and owners personally and they are willing and able to offer aftercare support and advice.

The surgery is always clean and most animals seem to find the space calming and stress-free.

“Warm, welcoming and very professional ”

Sandra the nurse receptionist was the first person I met. I was immediately made very welcome and my puppy Barkley was immediately made a fuss of thus making a possible scary experience into a pleasurable one.
Genevieve the vet is so caring and gentle with Barkley and informed me of every step of his treatment. I immediately felt my puppy was in good hands.
I came away with a feeling of shared responsibility of my puppy's health and well being plus lots of valuable information.
I would strongly recommend this surgery, in fact I already have.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart”

Thursday 30th January 14, I entered the practice and cried my baby is not well, Genevieve and Sandra stepped forward as my world fell apart, knowing it was time for our monster chops (aka Harry) to depart this world. Harry had not been well for a few months, but medication had provided a couple of bonus months. His was not in pain and quality of life was good , he was 17/18 years old.

The girls (all 3) have empathy beyond your expectations the love compassion, care and respect offered and displayed made this day just about bearable for me. They dealt with everything so I was able to take the little fella off for cremation.

Thank you girls from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me.

“Everyone very welcoming and kind”

Genevieve was completely understanding about my troubles with Jessica, my 17 yr old with chronic illness and poor reaction to steroids (unlike my previous vet, who treated me appallingly). I just took Yoffi and Baruch for their first check-up and registration and they behaved extremely well, due I'm sure to the welcome, calm atmosphere and the fact that all tasks are carried out as quickly but calmly as possible.

Genevieve and her team at Goddard's Vets in Acton, are caring, friendly and understanding. With elderly dogs the problems multiply! Widget could hardly walk after a fall and Genevieve suggested Acupuncture, we agreed to give it a try and it worked brilliantly. They are also supporters of Vets Get Scanning, which is very close to my heart! Thank you.

“Friendly & caring”

My cats have been patients at Goddard Vet Acton for several years now, and I've been delighted with the care they have recieved from Genevieve the vet and the practice nurses. None of our three cats are very keen on going to the vet, but the staff at Goddard Acton make it as calm and friendly as possible for them. Genevieve is very gentle with the cats, and she clearly understands just how much our pets mean to us. The practice is always clean and well-maintained. Prices are fair - given that they charge almost half of what Village Vet in Pitshanger charge, and the care is just as good, I'd say it is very good value for money.

“Highly Recommended!!!!”

I first visited with my then kitten 13 years ago and although it's a trek for me to get there it's worth it every time because I know they will always offer the best care and treatment. I have tried other vets nearer to home but none come close on service, friendliness, cleanliness, understanding etc etc!!
Although I have only marked 4 stars for value for money, some of the other vets I visited were much more expensive and the service was awful.
Goddard Acton will always be my first choice for Vet care. The team are amazing!!!!

“Nothing comes close to matching this practice - highly recommend ”

I have been a client of this practice for many years

When Hugh the previous vet left, I was very concern about his replacement, he was a very caring and proficient vet.

My concerns were eradicated within the first minute of meeting Genevieve, our new vet. Knowledgable, empathy and care, beyond anything I had experience previously. I don't think she is aware but if you ask her a question, she will respond in very clear and informative manor which a lay person is able to understand.

She is so positive and honest. You won't be ripped off at this practice. It doesn't always come cheap, what you receive in return is a vet who is first class, alway offering your pet the best care, and treatment available today.

Katrina & Sandra you are both brilliant. I recently visited another another Goddards and have to say the reception staff boarded on the point of rudeness. I should write in and recommend they spend a day with Katrina and Sandra to see how their appraoch provides the client with a very warm greeting and reassurance the moment they walk through the door.

This practice offers such a high standards to our pets. I have no hesitation in recomemnding - you won't find anything nearby that even matches this practice.

Guys thank you so very much for taking care of Buster Betty and more recently Harry.

“Lovely Practice”

Before we picked up our lab pup Luna the vets and nurses were very helpful, providing advice on when to bring in our new family member and what treatments to give her. We started taking Luna to see the vets when she was 9 weeks old and she thoroughly enjoys every visit, even after being mircochipped, haveing her jabs and being spayed she has been excited to go back in and see everyone.
Luna has been incredibly well looked after by these guys, particularly Genevieve the Vet and Sandra the Nurse, and I would definitely recommend taking your creatures there.

“So glad I found this surgery”

Goddards isn't local to me, but I came last August as Genevieve was recommended to me for acupuncture for my cat. And I'm so glad that I did. This surgery is so warm, human and caring and very different to the clinical experiences I have had anywhere else. I moved both my cats here shortly after my first acunpuncture visit - it's worth the extra journey for the level of genuine care and concern.
