I just wanted to say a very big thanks to the 2 ladies in the surgery on Saturday afternoon just gone, at 3.10pm.
I brought my 17 year-old cat in Freddie to be put to sleep after a long period of illness & deliberation. I'd been emotional before bringing him in & thought I'd be ok, but after 10 seconds of talking to the vet I just fell to bits. She really took care of me, Freddie, the situation, and with compassion, and made the whole process as quick & painless as I could have hoped. She could tell I was distressed & let me get away home without worrying about paying then saying I could sort it out later, which I'll do tomorrow morning (Monday 03/08)
She is a credit to your company, as was her colleague who came in to help; thank you both for helping me through a tough situation.

I would just like to thank Hayley and her team at the Barkingside Practice for all their amazing efforts over the years with my beautiful cat Chelsea, White, fluffy, 1 green eye 1 blue, sadly deaf.
Chelsea hated having her nails cut, but they persevered every time never complaining making her (and us) as comfortable as possible.
Recently she has been very ill and the very difficult decision was made to put her to sleep, Hayley talked me through everything and listened to by questions through all the tears with empathy and professionalism.
When the time came I made the appointment with the wrong surgery and just turned up at Hayleys surgery with no appointment with my daughters, you would never have know she was'nt expecting us, she went through everything with us and helped us help Chelsea.
Thank you very much for all your kindness and considerations, best surgery ever!!!!!! xxx

I called the practice and was given a lot of time and help on the phone by Rebecca. She booked me in that day to see Hayley who was friendly, thorough and professional. I was not charged for the consultation which I appreciated - I was visiting the area for a few days from Devon.

I cant praise this practice enough. The staff are amazing, caring and supportive. My dog had been with this practice for 13 years and done there very best for us throughout. They were amazing when sadly he passed away, the pain was unbearable but treated our whole sad experience with compassion and respect.
We sent the staff a thank you card with a photo of our beloved dog in it and was so happy when I returned fir a routine check up with my other dog to find it on the wall with all the other animals they have cared for. I was dreading going back to the practice because it held sad memories for me but sitting down waiting for my appointment I saw my dog on the picture wall, it made me smile.
I want to thank everyone for there continued care, support and amazing knowledge.
I would and have recommend this practice.

Hayley, Maxine, Becci and the team always go the extra mile.
They have a sensible approach to medicine and genuinely care about the animal client. I have numerous cats and over many years at the practice ( and many vets there) it is the excellence of the nursing staff and their compassion that has had me returning for around two decades.

I cannot thank Hayley ( at the Barkingside branch) enough. My 10 yr old Westie has canine lymphoma, she had a very strong course of chemotherapy lasting about 3 months thankfully she responded to the treatment and she is now a healthy happy dog. All the staff are very friendly and caring without their care she probably wouldn't be here now. Thank you.

The staff at the Barkingside location are excellent. They are super efficient which means my cat is only copped up for the shortest possible time, and I am less stressed as I know she doesn't like the box. The surgery is always so clean and welcoming. It is also really good to be able to call for advice without having to transport the animals unless necessary. The nurses really know their stuff and are always happy to give advice over the phone. Highly recommended practice.

I would like to say how fantastic the staff and the vets have been in the Barkingside Branch. They have taken care of all of my animals with their many problems. Most of all Boo who they have cared for through out his Parvo and 2 leg ops, and for saving Carleys life for picking up on a tumor that was bad.
Thanks you all for every thing you are the best.
