this has been my vet since I got my dog Nakita many years ago she is now nearly 13 years old has a cancerous lump an issue with her back legs and many other things are beginning to falter jus as we all do as we grow old, however I don't think she would still be here now if not for the amazing work that this vet does, they seem to understand an animals needs and behaviour and adapt enabling them to provide the best care possible, I cannot thank the team enough,
Diane the receptionist has been a constant in the surgery and nothing is too much for her, she is helpful in more ways than she even knows, having a friendly smile for everyone that walks though the door and an ear to bend when we fall apart when we have bad news, her presence through the years has been such a gift, her professionalism and courtesy enables you to ask anything you are concerned about without fear of reprimand or judgment,
the whole team have taken care of Nakita in all her illnesses and little accidents through the years with a standard second to none and anyone looking for a vet need look no further
thank you all from the bottom of my heart

I have every confidence in our new vet Uvi. He is very passionate about his job caring not only for our pets but us also. He always explains things in detail and in a way you understand. I hope he and all the staff stay in this practice a long time, couldnt wish for a better practice.

The surgery at Dagenham is a professional and friendly place. The nurses Diane,Lindsey and Shona are wonderful ,always smiling and welcome my pets warmly.
The vet Uvi is a caring and thorough and I trust him totally with my pets. My new puppy adores him and if my animals feel that way towards a vet I'm more than confident to go to them.
I can't speak highly enough of this vets , I've used for last 13 years and would never use anyone else.
It's well run indeed and organised, thet keep me informed and help with anything to do with my pets.
I think WAnsted could learn from them as although the vets are brilliant the counter staff aren't so empathetic they're more business like and while I understand that they don't have sane relationship as a local vet. Maybe they need to be more specific about the difference in how the pet plan claims are done and put signs up to clarify this as I was surprised that they wanted me to pay in full rather than just the excess when I had the insurance to prove I had pet plan for my cat. Luckily I had a credit card but it could have been very embarrassing.

I am always happy with the service I get at Goddard, Dagenham, the treatment my cats have had has consistently been to a high standard. Peter has been our vet for the whole time we have had our cats; Monte and Darcy (3 years), he is always interested to know how they are getting on. It's hard taking your pets to the vet sometimes as it can be stressful for them (and us), but once we are there the staff make you feel relaxed and welcome. Peter is very genuine and has always been helpful with any concerns I have had. Any treatment Monte and Darcy have had has been successful too. Darcy went today as I thought he had an eye infection, as always we had friendly, genuine service from booking the appointment until we left. I'd definitely recommend this vet:)

The Vet Peter and all the staff at the Dagenham Practic really understand how important our pets are and show it very much in each phone call made to the vet or visit. It does not matter how minor the enquiry is they will spend time with you to help in any way. So many times over the last 20 years I have phoned the surgery or visited and each time I have been fully satisfied with the care that has been given. They are now looking after my two cocker spaniels Alvin and Spanner, and not forgetting Toby my Westie who they cared for right from a puppy into his old age of 15 years. Thank you all at the surgery I would not go anywhere else xxx

I have written a review before but feel I have to follow that up. This occasion I had to take my cat Fyodor to see Peter. Peter, as always, was calm and kindly reassuring throughout all the tests Fyo had to have and was always ready and willing to answer my endless questions. Fyo had lymphoma and, despite all the best efforts of everyone involved in his treatment, he, sadly, failed to respond to that treatment. We are very sad to have lost him and miss him so much but we are so grateful to Peter and his fabulous staff for all the care and attention and effort put into Fyo's care and for the kindness and reassurance and empathy shown to us. Special thanks to Peter himself for remaining patient and positive through the consultations and tearful phone conversations with me..bless you, and also to Diane for her advice and support and her thoughtful text message on Fyo's last day. Thank you so much.

From the experience that I received at a very sad time, all concerned went way beyond my expectations from
My previous experience at a different vet. We were fitted in with an appointment at very short notice so my dog did not have to suffer for longer. The vet and staff treated my dog and myself with the upmost dignity and respect
I would recommend this practice to anyone, for the care and respect that I received, And still receive today with my current dogs
