The nurses are friendly and welcoming and always seem to understand and appreciate my cats. The surgery is always clean and full of information and products for our little friends. I have no concerns when leaving an animal overnight as I know the staff will care for my animals as I do and I have complete confidence in the vets that I have seen over a number of years. Thank you for providing a first class service.

My darling little Lennee had to be put to sleep October 30th 2014. He had been acting outt of character and sadly he was diagnosed with a brain tumour. My daughters and I were absolutely shocked and upset as we did not expect this. Beth, who was a temporary vet at he time and Zoe were absolutely fabulous at such an awful time for me and my family. They were both with us when our little man went to sleep and they were so professional and we felt as if Lennee was part of their family as well. Thanks Beth and Zoe.

I was very pleased when a friend recommended Goddard in Eastcote as my usual vet gave me a quote which seemed to me ridiculously expensive and the quote from Goddard was much more realistic! Banjo's small operation was very successful and everyone there is very caring and professional. I recommend them and would like to thank everyone there for looking after Banjo so well!

Stan looked after my bunny for most of his life and never made a mistake with a diagnosis for him. No matter how small my worry might have been, I was treated with respect and Stan was the only vet I had come across that really knew how to handle my bunny without him wriggling around! Up until the day that we had to have the little fella put to sleep, I always felt at ease knowing that Stan and the team were just a phone call away.

Stan gave me an honest diagnosis on my 2 year old chicken, gave me the options available & prognosis of treatment available. At best, an operation could extend her life by 3-5 months, before it came back again. Thankfully cost was not an issue. So I made my decision on the basis of current health and prognosis. I then made 'that call'. Although it's always sad to lose a Pet, you must consider 'how they feel', how the 'treatment' will make them 'feel', how they 'will feel' for the rest of their lives, and how long that will be?
Stan diagnosed one of my chickens with 'acetes' 18 months ago, not life threatening, just a 'lump on the bum' nothing you can do, but she's a happy hen, still running around and post moult is producing eggs again.
I love my chickens! They are such characters! So really sad to let one go.
I have 'previous experience' Having paid £1,300 of a £6,000 bill for 'Tiffin' my cat to have a 'brain tumour' removed, although insured, I had to pay XS plus 20% of bill (as she was aged over 10). Without Anna's diagnosis, quick response,(Goddard Greenway) and Petplan, Tiffin wouldn't be here.(left another five day's and she certainly wouldn't be here). However 'Tiffin' is still going strong after 20 months. At age 13 this month she's doing well for a British Shorthair. She is my Loreal cat, 'because she's worth it'!
PS Initially tried to review and it takes me to a google site, wants me to sign up, . . .seriously . . . forget it! I WONT!

I have been bringing my cats here for a few years now, since my nearest practice had a price increase. Stan, Zoe and the receptionists are all so caring. They are so patient with my diva cat, a grumpy but very sweet elderly Birman with a heart condition. One of the things that really impresses me about Stan is that unlike some vets he does not try to get you to spend money and stress out your pet by having loads of unnecessary tests and investigations done, only those that are really needed. I feel I can always trust him to do the best for my cats.

i brought my dog Frankie to Goddards after a terrible experiance with medivet.
Zoe and Stan restored my faith in how a vet should be. They cared for my dog in the last few months of his life and showed genuine care and compassion.
at what was a very difficult time for me personally i always felt comfortable and happy with the advice they offered.
i would never go anywhere else.
Zoe & Stan are a credit to the industry in which they work
thank you very much

I've literally just arrived home from taking my rabbit to Goddards Eastcote, and just had to give them a glowing review as soon as I got in.
I phoned up at lunch time on a Saturday after noticing that my elderly rabbit had become very poorly over night, I was told that they didn't have any appointments for that afternoon but after explaining the situation they fitted me in anyway.
Dr Stan was wonderful, very professional but also friendly and approachable. He really seemed to know his stuff about rabbits which is great as they can be a bit tricky.
He treated my bunny with great care and took the time to explain what was wrong with him and what the options were.
I would not hesitate to take my bunny back to Goddards Eastcote and would highly recommend them to anyone.
