What an absolute delight going to the vets has become, if you do not have a poorly animal, find one, it's worth it just to see Richard and swoon!

My little cockerpoo puppy wasn't very good at eating. He was often very sick,I was taking him to a vet regularly but this continued until I decided to take him to Goddards for a second opinion. Richard the vet was very good very caring and soon sorted out his problem. He was a very sick little dog but is so much better now. He can't be completely cured but I know I can rely on Richard and the lovely staff he has to help him each time he has a problem. I highly recommend this vets practice to anyone who needs help for their sick animal, they are all highly efficient and very caring and on hand to help at anytime.

After getting a beautiful puppy in February a friend recommended Goddards. From the very first visit we have always received the best possible care you could want for your pet.
The nurses are so friendly and helpful and love all the animals. And Richard genuinely adores the pets and thoroughly examines and explains everything whilst doing so. When my puppy got poorly and I called Goddards I took him immediately to the clinic in tears and Richard took perfect care of him. After treating him he reassured me that he would be fine and when we left both myself and my puppy were feeling a lot better.
I can't speak highly enough about Goddards Gidea Park, the staff and Richard... Thank you :)

My kitten managed to escape from a 2nd floor flat and then fall to the ground.
The nurse I spoke to was super and got Lucy right in. The Vet was great.Sorted out Lucy in short order.
Made a full recovery.
Thank you so so so much.

Richard and every member of his team are caring, compassionate, kind and always professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always put your pet and you first. They treat your pet as if it were theirs. Sadly I had to put my much loved 16 year old cat down last week and it was done in a very supportive and dignified manner. This vet practice is the hallmark of what front line veterinary medicine should be and I have nothing but great admiration and respect for Richard and his team.

Ozzie thoroughly enjoyed attending the puppy parties every Saturday. The parties were not only fun for the dogs but also very informative for the owners. Emily supplied detailed leaflets each week covering issues like socialisation, vaccinations and tips on how to train and have a settled happy dog.
I would highly recommend the puppy parties with Emily at Goddards.

We have used Goddard's in Gidea Park for around 8 years, and have always found Richard and all the nursing staff to be wonderful with all of our pets.
Recently, Richard and his team have been literal life savers to our lurcher, Tarn, when she was poorly. Richard quickly diagnosed Pyometra, following an x-ray, on the same day we brought her in, and the next day she was admitted for Richard to perform an emergency spay. The surgery went smoothly, and Tarn's recovery has been amazing - you would never know that just over a week ago she had a major, life-saving operation!
We'd just like to say a big thank you to all the team for their wonderful care and expertise.

My English Bulldog, Reg, has been under the regular care of Richard and his team at the Gidea Park branch for some time now. Reg has consistently received excellent treatment. Richard puts in a lot of effort to really understand the breed. I am especially pleased with the result of Reg's recent operation to improve his breathing and overall quality of life. The team always shows warmth and respect towards Reg, reliably sends me reminders about appointments, medication, annual check-ups etc. (which I desperately rely on!) and I cannot recommend the Gidea Park branch enough - first class service. I wouldn't take Reg anywhere else!

As a first time dog owner it has been reassuring to have the Gidea Park team on hand for much needed guidance and care.
Richard has been brilliant with his knowledge and advice and all of the Team have done a fantastic job of educating us on how to care for our puppy.
Puppy parties were good fun and informative and we picked up lots of tips on things that we hadn't even considered.
Would highly recommend to anyone.
