“You simply can”

My dog has heart problem, yesterday, he suddenly deteriorated to such an extent where I thought we had had our last walk! We rang the surgery and although they were very busy, without hesitation they said bring him here ASAP. After consultation with Richard he was admitted. We collected him later that evening, the improvement in him was bordering miraculous, this was without doubt due to the knowledge, skill, and care of Richard and his staff.
No one knows how many walks he has left, but thanks to Richard and his staff, at the time of writing he has had two more and counting!

“Goddard Gidea Park ”

I brought my cat into the Vets when I noticed a drastic weight loss in him. My cat was treated by Richard who came across very professional and articulated the potential problems clear and understandable for me which I appreciated greatly. He treated the situation with genuine care for my cat and was very sympathetic with the situation. I decided to proceed with the treatment on Richards recommendation and through-out the process he and his team were always keeping me up to date on how things were going. A member of staff would often phone me to see how my cat was doing, on treatment days and subsequent days after. These were the little things that I appreciated the most. It just emphasised the fact that Richard and the rest of the staff were animal lovers and always wanted what was best for the animal, which is what you really want to see when your animal is going through an illness or injury, the same amount of love and affection being mirrored back by the staff.

In the end I can not recommend this Veterinary Practice highly enough and if your animal is ever to go through treatment there, rest assured in the fact that you shall receive a top quality service for you and your animal.

“Kind and caring vet ”

My little cockerpoo puppy wasn't very good at eating. He was often very sick,I was taking him to a vet regularly but this continued until I decided to take him to Goddards for a second opinion. Richard the vet was very good very caring and soon sorted out his problem. He was a very sick little dog but is so much better now. He can't be completely cured but I know I can rely on Richard and the lovely staff he has to help him each time he has a problem. I highly recommend this vets practice to anyone who needs help for their sick animal, they are all highly efficient and very caring and on hand to help at anytime.

“ The most caring, friendly vet I have ever been too.”

After getting a beautiful puppy in February a friend recommended Goddards. From the very first visit we have always received the best possible care you could want for your pet.
The nurses are so friendly and helpful and love all the animals. And Richard genuinely adores the pets and thoroughly examines and explains everything whilst doing so. When my puppy got poorly and I called Goddards I took him immediately to the clinic in tears and Richard took perfect care of him. After treating him he reassured me that he would be fine and when we left both myself and my puppy were feeling a lot better.
I can't speak highly enough about Goddards Gidea Park, the staff and Richard... Thank you :)

“Great help.”

My kitten managed to escape from a 2nd floor flat and then fall to the ground.

The nurse I spoke to was super and got Lucy right in. The Vet was great.Sorted out Lucy in short order.

Made a full recovery.

Thank you so so so much.

“Caring, Compassionate and Kind”

Richard and every member of his team are caring, compassionate, kind and always professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always put your pet and you first. They treat your pet as if it were theirs. Sadly I had to put my much loved 16 year old cat down last week and it was done in a very supportive and dignified manner. This vet practice is the hallmark of what front line veterinary medicine should be and I have nothing but great admiration and respect for Richard and his team.
