“Superb Staff, Highly Reccomend!”

My border collie is now 13 years old, and i have been taking her to Goddard for around 5 years now. I simply cannot reccomend the staff Lisa and Stacey enough. Not only do they treat me and my dog with respect but they also got to know us, which has helped me look after her properly. Daisy suffers from tooth decay and when ever we visit the Veterinary, they already know how to look after her and keep a mental note of her progress. The place is always Clean and always has a very friendly atmosphere when ever we visit. This place wouldnt be the same if it wasnt for these two professional Ladies.
Thank you Stacey & Lisa.

“Max gives the paws up!”

Sadly I have to book morning appointments to avoid a stroppy receptionist! Max prefers to see the girls in the morning, they're lovely! Touch wood he has been relatively healthy but I know he would be in good hands with the Nurses & Vet if he was sick or injured!

I am very sorry and surprised to read these comments, especially as so many of the other reviews on this page are particularly praiseworthy of our staff.

Clearly we will not be complacent though and must endeavour to provide the best of service at all times. Thank you.

“*”

I do not recomend this practice simply because the particular vet was not proffesional and I had a feeling they want money. Vet came up with all those expensive checks for liver and blood etc after looking at the animal that was still inside the cage. Worse is that she did not know how to do injection. The neadle got detached and was stuck inside my pets body. Soo scary. She did not know weather to remove it or not and she moved away from scared and suffering pet. I have seen few vets injecting my pet but this one was something else.

We are sorry that this client was unhappy with the service but would like to point out that a physical examination of the cat was actually carried out, including even the taking of a rectal temperature. A request to take necessary blood tests in order to reach a diagnosis was rejected by the client. Unfortunately during the giving of an antibiotic injection after an uneventful consultation the cat unexpectedly lost patience and turned and bit the nurse holding it and jumped off the table causing the vet to lose control. The cat was picked up and the needle easily retrieved without any harm being caused. There was no negligence involved and Patricia, our experienced and popular vet accepts responsibility for what happened but cannot be blamed for what was a most unfortunate incident.

“Excellent practice!”

I've been taking Jack, my Westie to this practice for a few years now as I totally trust them. Lisa and Stacey are always so friendly, and always look after Jack brilliantly. He's a total wriggler, but they know how to gently handle him and always give sound advice about his health. The vets have always been great too, as Jack has been prone to a few operations!! I would definitely recommend this practice in Greenford - they're first rate!

“Really Pleased :)”

I recently had my cat neutered at the greenford branch. Was my 1st female cat so was anxious about the operation. Spoke to a lovely nurse called Stacey upon arrival. Despite her being the only nurse on duty and very busy she dedicated all her time in putting my mind at ease. She talked me through the procedure and made me feel so much better! Lovely girl, lovely branch. Would recommend anyone to bring their pets here :)

“Fantastic Service”

I have taken both my cats to Goddards in Greenford, and the level of service I receive is fantastic, so much so I recommended my Mum to take our family dog to this practice.

The nurses are friendly and take great care of our loved ones, calling to update us if they have had a procedure, answering questions and recommending products.

I feel totally at ease taking my pet's there and highly recommend this great staffing team to anyone looking for a vet to take care of their pets.

We have been taking our cats and dogs (but, sadly, dogs no more)to Goddard and before that Alcombe Vets for going on twenty years. The service we have experienced has always been very good. The nurses are outstanding, that's the excellent Lisa and Stacey, and are gentle and loving to our cats, which puts us at ease and them! I would recommend this surgery to friends and family, and have often done so.

“ The Vet and the Nurses are absolutely lovely and great! ”

The Vet and the Nurses are absolutely lovely and great! They really care about animals and their well-being. We bring our American Bulldog regularly to them. Unfortuntately our dog has skin problems and had recently a major operation. Every time the Vet gives us best advice and takes good care of her. When speaking with the Vet, there is abosultely no time preassure. The Vet really wants the dog owner to understand the issue. We just know that they really care for our dog and recommend any animal lover to go there!

“Thank you!”

I called this surgery in error as my girlfriend could not remember where our dog was registered! despite our dog not being a patient there the nurse was only too happy to help and I was blown away by her knowledge! She suspected my dog might be diabetic from the information I gave on the phone and urged me to book an appointment as soon as possible (which sadly I had to book with my usual vet) and she was absolutely right! Thank you so much for your time & advice Stacy, if we ever move to Greenford we'll know where to come!

“Lovely, helpfull, friendly staff”

Have been using Goddard Greenford vetinary surgery for over 15 years now and have been very satisfied with the service I have received from them.
Stacey and Lisa in particular have been very helpfull when I have had to take my dog Ranger there. Every effort is made for him to have an appointment time where he doesn't encounter any other pets due to his behavioural problems. They also take time to talk to my 4 year old daughter who is full of questions and wonder.
These girls are a credit to the surgery, as are the other staff and vets.
It's a big 5 stars from me, I wouldn't take Ranger anywhere else!
