“Fantastic Service”

I have taken both my cats to Goddards in Greenford, and the level of service I receive is fantastic, so much so I recommended my Mum to take our family dog to this practice.

The nurses are friendly and take great care of our loved ones, calling to update us if they have had a procedure, answering questions and recommending products.

I feel totally at ease taking my pet's there and highly recommend this great staffing team to anyone looking for a vet to take care of their pets.

I have been a client of goddards for many years, but recently had to attend another goddards for an appointment, and the vet was very informative, clear and friendly. The nurse (i think stacey was her name) put me at my ease and answered all my questions, even after when Ihave rung up for advise. Her care and passion for animals is lovley to see. Thank you everyone!

Such a lovely caring atmosphere in this surgery. I've taken my pets to many a vet surgery! I'll be sticking with this one. The nurses are always helpful and show a great deal of compassion. Stacey is my favourite :) Top notch surgery. 10/10

“Great service and charming vet”

I recently moved in the area and needed to find a new vet for my old cat.
The vet is lovely and she took a great care of my cat Poppy. I was very happy with the quality of the service and Poppy is doing well.

“Super, caring, nurses”

We have been taking our cats and dogs (but, sadly, dogs no more)to Goddard and before that Alcombe Vets for going on twenty years. The service we have experienced has always been very good. The nurses are outstanding, that's the excellent Lisa and Stacey, and are gentle and loving to our cats, which puts us at ease and them! I would recommend this surgery to friends and family, and have often done so.

“ The Vet and the Nurses are absolutely lovely and great! ”

The Vet and the Nurses are absolutely lovely and great! They really care about animals and their well-being. We bring our American Bulldog regularly to them. Unfortuntately our dog has skin problems and had recently a major operation. Every time the Vet gives us best advice and takes good care of her. When speaking with the Vet, there is abosultely no time preassure. The Vet really wants the dog owner to understand the issue. We just know that they really care for our dog and recommend any animal lover to go there!

We have been coming to this vet surgery for many years and have always received a good standard of care for the two cats we’ve had during this time. The staff especially (Lisa & Stacy) are kind, informative and do their best to put my very nervous cat at ease.

I called this surgery in error as my girlfriend could not remember where our dog was registered! despite our dog not being a patient there the nurse was only too happy to help and I was blown away by her knowledge! She suspected my dog might be diabetic from the information I gave on the phone and urged me to book an appointment as soon as possible (which sadly I had to book with my usual vet) and she was absolutely right! Thank you so much for your time & advice Stacy, if we ever move to Greenford we'll know where to come!

“Lovely, helpfull, friendly staff”

Have been using Goddard Greenford vetinary surgery for over 15 years now and have been very satisfied with the service I have received from them.
Stacey and Lisa in particular have been very helpfull when I have had to take my dog Ranger there. Every effort is made for him to have an appointment time where he doesn't encounter any other pets due to his behavioural problems. They also take time to talk to my 4 year old daughter who is full of questions and wonder.
These girls are a credit to the surgery, as are the other staff and vets.
It's a big 5 stars from me, I wouldn't take Ranger anywhere else!
