Recently I took my cat in to have his teeth cleaned (as well as two extractions) and found all aspects of his care and treatment to be of the highest standard. I was grateful that they made a fuss of him and I am pleased with the aftercare and advice.
I would certainly recommend this practice to all dog and cat owners.

I am thankful for the treatment my beloved cats and I have received from everyone at my local Goddard Vets in Ham, Surrey ever since I got here from New York City in 2011. The vets I have consulted are clearly very well qualified, as well as experienced and pleasant, and have taken great care of my cats.
Also, you have realised how important The Lady at the Front Desk is - in our case Sue - who is always there even when the (excellent and very pleasant) vets themselves necessarily change sometimes, Sue remembers who we all are and she often assists the vet in a professional manner i.e. holding an animal properly to enable the vet to examine it.
Having said that, every vet I have consulted at your Ham Surgery has been professionally first class and kind to our beloved animals as well as most pleasant to the humans accompanying them.
My cat's names are/were Domino and Sophie Hawker.

We got our cat 13 years ago through recommendation by Sue. Since then she get's her yearly check up at Ham Vets. She is always treated beautifully by all the staff. As she is still healthy, they must be doing a good job. Thank you.

waited in a reception which was empty for 5minutes. greeted by a reception who was unfriendly, unhelpful and obviously stressed. not recommend
I am extremely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received on your visit to the Ham surgery. Unfortunately sometimes the vet requires assistance with procedures or emergencies which may leave reception unmanned for a short period. These can be stressful occurrences for clients and staff alike since animal welfare and our patients are always our highest priority. Our staff join me in apologising again and if you want to pop into the surgery to discuss anything further you are welcome to come and meet our friendly team who will be able to help with what you need.

I recently took my cat to the surgery for routine injections and took him back home having been diagnosed with a tumour. I was given very clear information on the options available and how those might be considered given my cat's age.
Despite a lot of lip biting I burst into tears and eveyone was very kind. Next visit I managed not to!

We took our Labrador for a routine check recently and, as always, she was so eager to go in that she tried to break the door down (we did manage to prevent this). She`s always especially pleased to see Sue - as are we - and is more than happy for Cory to check her over. She willingly puts her paw out to have her claws cut and is always rewarded with a treat (very important). We have every confidence in Cory and the practice.

The whole team at Ham are great and I am extremely comfortable with Cory, our Vet, as I know she has my pets interest as her priority.
