It's always a pleasure to visit the team at Ickenham, my dogs would soon tell me if they didn't want to go in!
I always feel like I've been listened to and appreciate that natural remedies are discussed along with prescribed medicines. I feel that myself and my dogs are being well cared for when they've had to be treated in surgery (I need more support than they do).
It's never pleasant to have poorly animals but when mine are in need I'm always happy to see the team.

We have been taking our cat there for annual check ups for 6 years and have always been looked after well. She was quite poorly last week and was looked after at the surgery. The care and treatment were second to none, absolutely brilliant. Will and all the staff were wonderful. He took time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions we had. Our cat is now on the mend thanks to their professionalism and care.

Me and my sister were taken in the car (which we hate) to Goddards for our annual booster and check up. Fortunately Alison the nurse was there, she is always very friendly and ask how we are. The good thing about this place is that they are always on time so we don't have to sit and wait and get scared. This time there was a new vet - one never knows what they may do.... but this one - his name is Will - was very nice. He was not in a rush so we could get out of the carrier in our own time. I did wait quite a bit just to see how patient he was; best to let him know I am a laid back cat! He did not mind at all and was very friendly so we will definately come again (even if we have to go in a car first).

We have taken our pets to this Practice for over 17 years even before they were taken over by Goddards. The vets, although always professional and caring, have come and gone but the nursing staff have been constant and they are the heart of the Ickenham Practice. Always caring, friendly and honest their support of their vets and the care and respect shown for our pets is second to none.

Having spent years taking our pets to a larger veterinary practice, when we took on 2 new RSPCA recue cats we decided to register with a smaller local practice. It makes such a difference to see the same friendly faces and I have always been able to get appointments on the day without delay. It has made a significant difference now that Will has joined. He has taken so much care explaining my cat's medical condition and discussing with me how best to treat her. Dawn and Alison are a delight - nothing is too much trouble for them. Having turned up with 2 lost cats and a sick hedgehog - they are always very caring and supportive. Thank you.

Says it all in the Title, the best vets that I have ever visited. All of the staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to ensure every detail is explained and taken care of. Our Siberian Huskey Gus cannot wait to get in the door (even though he knocks all the displays over in excitement).
The staff's genuine love of animals is infectious and they will do anything to make the experience as calming as possible.
I would recommend Goddard's Ickenham to anyone who care's for their pet.
Thankyou

They have always been very helpful! Freddie actually can't wait to get into the reception to say hello to the lovely lady sitting behind the desk. He makes his way under the desk to be greeted with a rub and little treat. They are always on the other end of the phone when I have needed advice which puts my mind at rest and I feel Freddie receives the best care.

Nurses are always friendly, interested in your pet. Appointments easy to get at a time that suits the owner. Only downside is that you don't always see the same vet each time which can mean repeating information about your animal's symptoms /temperament.
The Practice is pleased to announce that Will Woodley has been in post since January 2013 and is our new permanent vet. Sorry for any sense of loss of continuity with locums but it is very important that the best long term needs of the surgery are met by appointing the right person and sometimes this takes a while. Will has settled in really well and we do hope that you will come and meet him when in need.

I've just returned from the Vet as my dog Goudal has been having trouble with what turns out may be Arthritis. As with all treatments the cost can be a real worry, however the Vet took the time to assess the various treatments on offer and strike a balance between cost and effect . He then explained the different treatments and the costs involved so I could make the choice that was right for me.

We have been taking our dog here since he was a puppy and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.
They are always happy to provide advice, recommend training classes or boarding kennels.
They always make a fuss of the animals which is much less stressful for them.

We would recommend this practice as the nurses are always very accommodating with regard to appointments. In addition to this we were recently taken to have our boosters and elderly cat blood tests, both the vet and the nurse did not rush us resulting in a (virtually) stress free consultation.
THANK YOU

Once again a visit to Goddard's Ickenham was a great success.
Even though this where are dog Cuba goes to have his minor operation and jabs, he literately drags me in. The staff make such a fuss of him and even better remember even. When we are all done I have to drag him out!
Great vets.
