“Professional and friendly”

I have been a client of Goddard's Loughton since my nine year old Yorkie was a puppy. For the last seven years we have been very well looked after by vet Marcus Dean, who has seen us through the routine and the not so routine! He has a great rapport with both the animals he treats and their owners and always takes considerable time to explain all the treatment options clearly. He is assisted by a lovely team of vet nurses who are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I know Alfie is in safe hands with this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone.

“Always great!”

As always i cant rate the staff higher!
Su (one of the nurses) is always happy and supportive and so very helpful, having developed a bond with Dave the cat!
Marcus takes time to listen, unpack and respond properly to you. All the staff are great with the animals. Yes goddards isnt the cheapest vet in th world but id rather pay for the excellent service knowing Dave is going to be fine in their hands.

“Professional and outstanding care”

My cat was recently seen and treated at Goddard's in Loughton by vet Marcus Dean. It soon became apparent that my cat had a blockage in his intestines and was in a very bad way, I was due to go on holiday the next day and was distraught at the thought my cat (Senna) would not make it. Marcus and his team were amazing, they were extremely helpful and supportive to my son who was in charge of Senna's care while I was away. Unfortunately Senna needed a second more complicated operation, Marcus and his team once again gave Senna the best treatment and care to save him. Am eternally grateful.

Many thanks
Teresa, Connor and of course Senna

“Very friendly and Professional”

We've been with Goddards, Loughton for many years and have always felt that the service they provide is always friendly and supportive. We were faced with a difficult decision recently with one of our cats (Ruby) and after exploring all the options with Marcus, were able to make the right decision and now she's on the road to recovery. With 2 dogs and 3 cats, we've always enjoyed the highest standard of vet care, but with a calm relaxed and informal atmosphere.

We can't thank Marcus and his staff enough for the treatment our pets receive throughout the year and in particular our cats recent treatment.

Many thanks
Bev & Colin Boyton.

“Puppy Party”

We went to the puppy party with our 14 week pup and thought it was brillant. The nurse that took the class was superb, and gave alot of interesting advice which was very helpful for us new dog owners. It was good to see how the different breeds of pups mixed with each other and also helpful to talk to their owners. The puppy pack was very interesting with some good reading material. The training puppy lead is a great idea. When we arrived home Oscar had his dinner and is now sound asleep snoring. Looking forward to next week. Thank you very much.
