My cat was recently seen and treated at Goddard's in Loughton by vet Marcus Dean. It soon became apparent that my cat had a blockage in his intestines and was in a very bad way, I was due to go on holiday the next day and was distraught at the thought my cat (Senna) would not make it. Marcus and his team were amazing, they were extremely helpful and supportive to my son who was in charge of Senna's care while I was away. Unfortunately Senna needed a second more complicated operation, Marcus and his team once again gave Senna the best treatment and care to save him. Am eternally grateful.

We've been with Goddards, Loughton for many years and have always felt that the service they provide is always friendly and supportive. We were faced with a difficult decision recently with one of our cats (Ruby) and after exploring all the options with Marcus, were able to make the right decision and now she's on the road to recovery. With 2 dogs and 3 cats, we've always enjoyed the highest standard of vet care, but with a calm relaxed and informal atmosphere.
We can't thank Marcus and his staff enough for the treatment our pets receive throughout the year and in particular our cats recent treatment.

We went to the puppy party with our 14 week pup and thought it was brillant. The nurse that took the class was superb, and gave alot of interesting advice which was very helpful for us new dog owners. It was good to see how the different breeds of pups mixed with each other and also helpful to talk to their owners. The puppy pack was very interesting with some good reading material. The training puppy lead is a great idea. When we arrived home Oscar had his dinner and is now sound asleep snoring. Looking forward to next week. Thank you very much.
