To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter to express my thanks and gratitude regarding Victoria, the nurse at
reception when I visited with my guinea pig Ginger on Friday 29th January 2016. In my previous
visits I have been impressed with the professionalism shown but on this particular occasion I was
especially grateful for the calmness, composure, and care she offered.
It was busy that morning and the appointments had started to overrun, however there was not a
single presence of panic or stress noted in the practice. Victoria offered to clip Ginger's claws to
help ease the build-up of appointments and she was caring and gentle with my fiery piggy. She was
also professional and competent while still having to deal with phone calls in the middle of the
I think this had a tremendous effect on the overall atmosphere of the practice and even though
there were only two other clients waiting to be seen and with a boisterous big dog also present, it
was still relaxing and calm.
My full and sincere thanks go to Victoria for making this visit unexpectedly memorable and
pleasant with her approach. I also wish to say thank you to the vet who was on duty who was also
under pressure but remained calm and professional and also explicitly informed me what type of
lump Ginger has and her prognosis, which has slightly eased my long-held worries.
Many thanks for being a great veterinary practice that I am proud to be a client of.
