My hamster Reggie badly needed his nails trimming. You gave me an appointment very soon, and looked after him very well, doing the procedure quickly to reduce the amount of stress he would suffer as much as possible. The price was very reasonable, but I will take care not to let his nails get long again! A rough rock is going in his cage when he has settled down.

My cat Tiger is diabetic. He has excellent care at Tottenham Goddard practice by all staff. Dr Mol is a very caring and excellent vet and very supportive and understanding. Tiger is a very complicated case and Dr Mol has helped Tiger to have a very good quality of life. All staff listen to my concerns and give a high level of advice and care. They are trustworthy, honest and dedicated.
On the dates above, I took Tiger to the surgery as an emergency case. He was very poorly indeed. He was given prompt treatment and is recovering well. Dr Mol & staff gave a high level of professional care. Many Thanks from Tiger and me.

Mr Mol and his team are very pleasant characters. They did not mind to spare extra time to participate with my doctoral research. Very much appreciated. Their attitude is representative of their care. I would fully trust to this kind of team with any aspect related with my pet's care.

I would like to thank all the people that dealt with me today at the surgery in Bruce Grove, Tottenham, and saved my sweet little gerbil-White Snow. She was very unwell, didn't want to eat or drink and was very weak. She got a water injection under the skin to hydrate her and an antibiotic prescribed. A few hours she's already eating and drinking and even tries to wrestle her sister! Thank you very much for all your help, and for being so friendly and kind to me and my little pet!

My husband and I have been with Goddards for a number of years (over 20). We have always found the staff very friendly, helpful and considerate. We recently had to have one of our cats put to sleep. All the staff did everything they could for our cat and ourselves. Our other cat still goes to the vet (even if she doesn't like it, which animal does?) and will continue to do so until her end (she is 17 years old). Again, at that time, we are sure the staff will be very considerate.

This review is long overdue.
My dog started going to the team at Goddard Vets around 3 years ago when I moved into the area. It is always nervy going to a new vet for both dog & owner.
Teeny was an aging sheltie with a hacking cough and constant battle with her weight and the sweetest nature ever - but I would say that !!
The care and attention she was given by everyone could not have been better. Her cough was controlled which helped give her a good quality of life. As an owner I felt I could always ask any question even if I thought it might be a stupid one, or if I didn't understand something or a medical term, I could ask for another explanation. This helps eliminate the fear & I trusted what Michel suggested, even if I was unable to do all.
Sadly after having a stroke, she was put asleep. The team made sure she was calm, in no pain and she died peacefully.
Even now I still miss the furball so much, our pets are important to us, emotionally they are family & friend. We owe it to provide them with the best care of our ability through their lives, having a good vet is vital. Both Teeny & myself were lucky to find one, so yes I would recommend everyone at Tottenham. Sorry it took so long to write.

Having debated whether to go to Pets at Home or more locally, I believe we made a good choice.
The staff are friendly, polite and caring - you feel as though your animal is being treated as an individual.
Prices are competitive and appointments are kept on time (if there is a delay i.e. due to an emergency case, then you are told and apologies are made).
Excellent service provided - would highly recommend.

The team here are very good and put your mind at rest knowing your pet will get good care and that your pets needs are managed in a considerate and sensitve manner. I've been coming here for about 3-4 years with my cat Chucky and he has always had great care. The nurses and front desk staff are very friendly and are always happy to help. Its very clear to see from the demeanour of the team here that they really care about animals in general, and that they have your pets welfare taken seriously. I consider myself very lucky to have the team in Goddards in Tottenham close to hand given how dodgy the area is locally, so I consider my cat to be very lucky. If you live local and have a pet, bring them here and dont waste your time looking for other vets.

I visited the Tottenham branch earlier this week with my daughter and her puppy. I do not live in London but was interested in accompanying my daughter to discover what a London vetinary practice was like.
We were seen almost immediately, a benefit with a very young dog!
The vet was extremely proficient and had a very caring manner. He explained clearly what was happening and even brought out a book to help my daughter understand the condition - something I have never had with my own vet.
Overall, I would highly recommend the practice and wish I lived in London so that my cat could be registered!
