“My lovely Perry”

On Saturday 8th February, I had to make that dreaded call. I was left with the feeling that it would be a vet that was unknown to me. However on meeting LeeAnn, those concerns soon left me. I can truly say this lady has a unique way of dealing with such a sensitive and very stressful time, when departing from your lovely pet such as my Perry. LeeAnn had such a warmth about her and a genuine love for what she does in helping animals - I could clearly see that this lady is incredibly professional and respectful to humans and animals, with a gentle calming approach that at times is so lacking in our society.
Thankfully we have people like LeeAnn, I would highly recommend her.
Thank you LeeAnn for all that you do... and I am so pleased it was you by my side with Perry.

“Wonderful service ”

Last September(2013)I took my kitten LUCY to a vet round the corner to me to get her second vaccination done. The service was very efficient, but something was lacking, which I was unable to put my finger on.Lucy needed Speying in December,so I thought I'd try another
Practice,so I took her to Goddard.I soon relised what had been missing
From the previous practice!
From day one,ALL the staff have been so helpful and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble. As for Lucys treatment, that has been superb.I was concerned that she wasn't eating following her surgery, and mentioned this to Rebecca at her follow up appointment.Lucy was examined thoroughly but sympathetically, and eventually Rebecca decided the best option was to take blood tests,as nothing was obvious. The tests showed nothing untoward and Lucy was given a clean bill of health, but was seen again a week later just to make sure.
It is rare to find such professionalism and friendliness in any organization nowadays, but I can honestly say EVERYONE at Goddard can be proud of themselves.
Needless to say,Lucy is now registered at Goddards, and I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else.

“Beautiful Bird”

This morning I found a beautiful bird caught in a mouse trap I use to control the numbers of mice that destroy my garden vegetables. Unfortunately when I opened the trap I noticed the bird was still alive but severely injured with a broken jaw/mouth. I immediately contacted Goddard Veterinary Group for advice and within minutes was at the surgery where they assessed the bird, and decided it was best to put it to sleep. Thank you for your advice, assistance and for seeing me so quickly.

“Lovely vet ”

My daughter & I unfortunately had to make the hard decision to put our pet rabbit to sleep. We were very upset & emotional but the vet who I hadn't seen before, Lianne was so professional and sensitive. She really comforted us & made us feel at ease in such a difficult situation. Thank you Lianne! We will never forget your kindness to us and little Bella bunny :-)

“Best vets”

I have always found the staff courteous and knowledgable. I would go nowhere else as U have been through some sad times with my pets and they not only care for my cat but are supportive to the owners.

“Reassuringly caring professionals.”

My Spaniel Ludo fell poorly recently. After contacting the surgery, we were very pleased to be seen within a matter of hours. Anna Stewart undertook a thorough and very gentle examination that caused Ludo absolutely no additional stress. From the moment we booked in at the reception to the consultation itself, we were both very grateful for such a professional, confidence inspiring experience. We have a follow up appointment with Anna in two weeks, by which time I feel certain LUDO will be well on the road to recovery. 22/5/13

“Strongly Recommend”

I cannot praise Rebecca and her colleagues highly enough for the standard of care we received when our cat Gresley became seriously ill. As a result we were able to have some extra time together, and when the time came to say goodbye the compassion and understanding shown was second to none. We shall always be grateful for the care and professionalism of Rebecca.

“Thank you”

Thank You , as an old customer of Greenwood , I was visiting the area up from the West Country before
Going on to show my 2 border Terriers at crufts .
Our Abbey aka Borderella Elsa aged 10years 6 months suffered an injury 2 days before the show , I could see her not making the show ,I contacted the surgery and was so happy that my voice was I was recognised on the phone even though I had not visited since moving from the area , this immediately put me at ease as continuity in buissness and staff that are this efficient is so important but sadly rare these days 10/10 ..
Abbey attended ,and vet Surgeon Lee-Ann treated her .The treatment she administered was excellent, and Lee-Anne was so helpfull and with her quickl treatment resulted in no spread of infection at the injury site and a quick heal ...
Abbey attended crufts ,as a veteran a happy healthy dog .... she is the ultimate show girl and loves the ring ,the crowd and was successful she was awarded a VHC in the good citizen class , out of 9 dogs , both Frank and I thank this practice for the help you gave us and the speed I got seen ...very well done a picture will follow ..
Before moving I was a client of many years with my husband and several other dogs and cats , it was nice to see records were still available , for our dearest abbey .....
