“Reassuringly caring professionals.”
My Spaniel Ludo fell poorly recently. After contacting the surgery, we were very pleased to be seen within a matter of hours. Anna Stewart undertook a thorough and very gentle examination that caused Ludo absolutely no additional stress. From the moment we booked in at the reception to the consultation itself, we were both very grateful for such a professional, confidence inspiring experience. We have a follow up appointment with Anna in two weeks, by which time I feel certain LUDO will be well on the road to recovery. 22/5/13

“Strongly Recommend”
I cannot praise Rebecca and her colleagues highly enough for the standard of care we received when our cat Gresley became seriously ill. As a result we were able to have some extra time together, and when the time came to say goodbye the compassion and understanding shown was second to none. We shall always be grateful for the care and professionalism of Rebecca.

Thank You , as an old customer of Greenwood , I was visiting the area up from the West Country before
Going on to show my 2 border Terriers at crufts .
Our Abbey aka Borderella Elsa aged 10years 6 months suffered an injury 2 days before the show , I could see her not making the show ,I contacted the surgery and was so happy that my voice was I was recognised on the phone even though I had not visited since moving from the area , this immediately put me at ease as continuity in buissness and staff that are this efficient is so important but sadly rare these days 10/10 ..
Abbey attended ,and vet Surgeon Lee-Ann treated her .The treatment she administered was excellent, and Lee-Anne was so helpfull and with her quickl treatment resulted in no spread of infection at the injury site and a quick heal ...
Abbey attended crufts ,as a veteran a happy healthy dog .... she is the ultimate show girl and loves the ring ,the crowd and was successful she was awarded a VHC in the good citizen class , out of 9 dogs , both Frank and I thank this practice for the help you gave us and the speed I got seen ...very well done a picture will follow ..
Before moving I was a client of many years with my husband and several other dogs and cats , it was nice to see records were still available , for our dearest abbey .....

“excellent, kind vet”
Becky is the kindest, friendliest vet I have ever met in all my years of owning cats and a dog.
The nurses and Kerry are all caring and fantastic.
I would recommend this vetinary practice and would not go anywhere else!
