“Yahav is excellent”

I can't thank Yahav enough for all she has done for my Cat, Whisper. he has a particularly aggressive sarcoma which without her skill and expertise would have cost him his life we have had two more years together and although the cancer has returned. Her care and support of both of us is second to none.

As a family we have always registered our animals with the surgery back when it was Turner and Cheal. It's always been excellent. Yahav however is extra special. I feel confident that Whisper will always have the best care possible because he is registered at this practice.

thank you

The best thing I ever did was to change my Vet to Goddards, wish I had done it years ago.

“Exemplary veterinary care (and very nice people)”

I have been a customer of this practice for over 26 years from when it was run by Turner & Cheal to the latest Mandeville team and I have always received the most excellent care for my animals.
Over that time all three of my cats have been treated for CKD, and although 17 years ago there was little that could be done for my British Blue Oscar, the advancements in treatment and the excellent care from the Mandeville team has seen my two Birmans Milo and Nog through almost a decade in which their condition has been managed and they have lived fabulously healthy lives. Most recently the resident vet Yahav has continued the care and her compassion with regards to Milo's decline in health and development of cancer was most heartfelt to the very end.
May I thank you all -Yahav, Jacky, Robert and Susannah - once again for the exemplary care you have given to Milo and Nog over the years, and Oscar before them. I have been very happy with the practice for so many years and would recommend their service to anyone. Unfortunately I have now left the area and moved to Lincolnshite and I am very sad to think that I am no longer able to call on you all to help with Nog's care (happy to tell you though that he has settled in well in his new home and is loving the new house and garden).

“best of the best”

As I do not have email or internet, I wrote my review down and asked the practice to post it for me.
Have been dealing with Robert and all of the others over the years and they are the best of the best of the best ever!!

“Misty. ”

I can't give enough thanks and praise for the love and kindness shown to me, my family and of course Misty, by everyone at Goddard - Wembley. I would like to give a special mention to Yahav and Jacky, who went out of their way for Misty. During her last days, they kept the practice open(even though it should have been a half day) so that they could see Misty when I was so worried about her. We had quite a journey from when Misty was first diagnosed with Mast Cell tumours. Each and every procedure that she had to undergo, was carried out with expertise, professionalism and kindness. Also, when Misty had to be put to sleep, Yahav and Jacky were wonderful and we will be forever grateful. I would strongly recommend this practice.

I cannot praise highly enough the Vets and nursing staff at Wembley, they show great compassion and care and also the respect they showed both to me and my little soul mate when he was so ill. Sadly, he had to be P.T.S. as he was very weak from Inflammatory Bowel Disease and the connected organs, the vet's care both from Yahav and the stand in vets was not to be faulted, neither are the nurses in attendance at the Wembley branch..They showed great respect to both myself and my beloved Cat as he was being P.T.S. and kindly put him in a beautiful box ready for me to bring home to his garden...I still have another two cats, one of them is Bill's sister, she is being treated for a thyroid problem and she also pays regular visits to Wembley.....I would like to thank them for supporting me emotionally and for the little card that was sent to me.....It would, however, be nice if there was some sort of discount for the likes of me on my own and surviving on a pension, I do not have Insurance for the cats and I put into a bank account a monthly amount to cover their medical needs, but a little discount on the charges would be a great help for regular patients needs..

“1st Class service”

My multitude of cats have been cared for at the Wembley practice for many years. I have always had complete faith in their medical knowledge and level of genuine compassion.
I have never once wondered if they have suggested unnecssary tests in order to increase the bill!!!
I could not recommend them more highgly

“Yahav is Outstanding”

Having had pets all my life, I have met many different vets all with their own styles.

But nothing like Yahav.....

She is absolutely fantastic at her job.

She is a real asset to the practice and one in a million.

“A wonderful practice ”

A belated thank you to Yahav at the Carlton Avenue practice for all her help on obtaining a passport for our cat Jack over a month ago now and getting the necessary inoculations and advice on transporting him abroad. Unfortunately, in the end we had to leave Jack in the care of a lovely lady who was willing to look after him as he could not cope with the travel by car. The heartfelt support and advice that you gave us during this very traumatic period was second to none and we will never forget your kindness in helping and advising us with Jacks situation. Thank you as well to your lovely staff and in particular to Robet who is always so helpful to deal with in reception. Yahav and the staff make the practice very special and I would highly recommend the practice. It is so rare these days to be able to say "what a wonderful service" - thank you so much again.

“brilliant practice!”

Muffin is a very sensitive bunny and unfortunately he has to go to the vet quite often. Although is not nice to be ill i`m allways confident to take him to the clinic because i know he gets the best care and i learn more on how to keep him healthy. Every time i`ve been there i never felt rushed, they are all so patient and if i don`t understand something they take time to explain everything that is going on with Muffin. Robert even phoned me the day after Muffin had his teeth trimmed to see how he is doing.I am very grateful for everything they did for Muffin and i will allways recommend them to friends, family and anyone who needs a good vet. thank you!

Gen & Muffin
