I cannot praise highly enough the Vets and nursing staff at Wembley, they show great compassion and care and also the respect they showed both to me and my little soul mate when he was so ill. Sadly, he had to be P.T.S. as he was very weak from Inflammatory Bowel Disease and the connected organs, the vet's care both from Yahav and the stand in vets was not to be faulted, neither are the nurses in attendance at the Wembley branch..They showed great respect to both myself and my beloved Cat as he was being P.T.S. and kindly put him in a beautiful box ready for me to bring home to his garden...I still have another two cats, one of them is Bill's sister, she is being treated for a thyroid problem and she also pays regular visits to Wembley.....I would like to thank them for supporting me emotionally and for the little card that was sent to me.....It would, however, be nice if there was some sort of discount for the likes of me on my own and surviving on a pension, I do not have Insurance for the cats and I put into a bank account a monthly amount to cover their medical needs, but a little discount on the charges would be a great help for regular patients needs..

My multitude of cats have been cared for at the Wembley practice for many years. I have always had complete faith in their medical knowledge and level of genuine compassion.
I have never once wondered if they have suggested unnecssary tests in order to increase the bill!!!
I could not recommend them more highgly

Having had pets all my life, I have met many different vets all with their own styles.
But nothing like Yahav.....
She is absolutely fantastic at her job.
She is a real asset to the practice and one in a million.

A belated thank you to Yahav at the Carlton Avenue practice for all her help on obtaining a passport for our cat Jack over a month ago now and getting the necessary inoculations and advice on transporting him abroad. Unfortunately, in the end we had to leave Jack in the care of a lovely lady who was willing to look after him as he could not cope with the travel by car. The heartfelt support and advice that you gave us during this very traumatic period was second to none and we will never forget your kindness in helping and advising us with Jacks situation. Thank you as well to your lovely staff and in particular to Robet who is always so helpful to deal with in reception. Yahav and the staff make the practice very special and I would highly recommend the practice. It is so rare these days to be able to say "what a wonderful service" - thank you so much again.

Muffin is a very sensitive bunny and unfortunately he has to go to the vet quite often. Although is not nice to be ill i`m allways confident to take him to the clinic because i know he gets the best care and i learn more on how to keep him healthy. Every time i`ve been there i never felt rushed, they are all so patient and if i don`t understand something they take time to explain everything that is going on with Muffin. Robert even phoned me the day after Muffin had his teeth trimmed to see how he is doing.I am very grateful for everything they did for Muffin and i will allways recommend them to friends, family and anyone who needs a good vet. thank you!

The whole practice is brilliant. This starts from the reception, nurse and the practicing Vet. Our experience with all the Vets starting from Ruth to Yahav and the covering vet for Yahav to date have been absolutely fantastic. Thorough examination and correct advise has help us enormously. They always take their time to explain symptoms and the cause thoroughly. Vets passion for the animals is absolutely evident whilst examining and treating. This has given us a great confidence in this surgery and would recommend to other without hesitation.

I left my 16 year old cat,Bekki, with this practice while we went away for two weeks. I was very apprehensive as we usually leave her at home with a neighbour popping in to feed her,but as she has health issues we thought she would be safer with the vet. Well I really
I didn't need to worry. The veterinary nurses sent me regular emails along with photos of Bekki,so I knew exactly how she was getting on. Thank you so much Yahav,Jackie,Robert and Rachel
