We have been using the Northfield Branch of Manor Vets and we are really pleased with the service they have provided. The entire staff are all very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. What makes this branch extra special is the fact that they seem to remember each animal they see which makes the whole visit feel more relaxed and personal. My little dog Springer is now 8 months old and his vet Marc the nurses and the staff on the reception desk have all given him excellent care and lots of cuddles whenever he has had to visit them. Top marks for everyone at Northfield Branch of Manor Vets.

Manor vets are brilliant all round. We have been to Northfield and halesowen branch. They put on a puppy party which we attended to get our dog socialised with other pups. Gave excellent advice. Our main branch is in Northfield and very visit has been good. Excellent staff and service.

Over many many years Manor Vets have cared for my dogs and in all that time they have been professional, loving and when I have had to make an unpleasant decision they have provided me with the full facts/information to help make the right decision and they are genuinely supportive and caring.
I would never take my dogs anywhere else as I trust them and their decisions implicitly.
I would recommend Manor Vets to anyone who cares about their pets.

David, Marie and the team were amazing with my chinchilla, Lima, and did everything possible for him. Rio, fortunately, has not needed help as yet - but he will only go to Manor, if he does. I recommend Manor to anyone with exotics, or other animal companions.

I've never had anything but praise for manor vets in Cradley Heath. The reception staff the nurses and the vets are all friendly happy and helpful. Maxwell my cavalier King Charles spaniel is very fussy & vocal and is always welcomed with huge hugs

Very supportive and great vets. Our working cocker Holly has been at Manor since a puppy. They have excellent customer service and are always very approachable even if I think I may be asking a ridiculous question!"

I've been using Manor vets with my two greyhounds Boogie & Fletcher for nearly seven years and have nothing put praise for the whole team. Everyone is kind, caring and supportive.
It's comforting to know my dogs have access to the latest diagnostic equipment and medication, nothing is ever to much trouble.
Having two nervous dogs I appreciate the patience and understanding of the vets who never rush us, they've even treated my dogs in my car when we've failed to get them into the practice. Having poorly pets is very stressful but having vets who truly care for their patients as if they were there own really helps ease the worry.
I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere!

manor vets looked after out tom for nearly 17 years, sadly he had to be put to sleep on the 20th july, Mark Barton looked after tom for most of the time, and I can honestly say we would not have taken tom anywhere else, sadly mark was not there the day we lost him, but a lovely vet named pam looked after us and tom while he was gently put to sleep, losing tom broke our hearts.
