Vale have been caring for my Siberian Husky since she was a puppy and she is eleven years old now. She has annual boosters and was a healthy dog.
But in 2011 my husky became seriosly ill and almost died from pancreatitis, the vets and nurses gave her the best care. After spending three days as an in patient my husky survived and made a complete recovery.
My husky now has arthritis but thanks to the on going care from Vale she is comfortable and dashes around as if she is a two year old.
The surgery is such a friendly welcoming place and my husky is happy to go to the Vale where every one gets a husky hug. I have no qualms in recommending the Vale, they have given me and my dog eleven years of unfailing excellent care . Thank you Vale Vets

I have 2 cats and 2 rabbits and Vales have been brilliant with both. Have had to phone out of hours for my rabbits before and the Vet was fantastic. My previous vets didn't seem to know a lot about rabbits in general but Vales are on hand with the best advice and I have always felt they couldn't have done more to treat my pets. Plus they are very friendly team and make a fuss over your furry babies which is nice as it makes you feel they will do the best for your pets.

Over the course of 10 years I have required the services of Vale Vets in Stourport for horses, cats and dogs. I can say without hesitation that on every occasion I have been extremely impressed with the level of service that I have received. I find them extremely trustworthy and I believe that they put the animals first and not profit. I even had cause to take my mothers very sick cat whilst she was on holiday and the vets completely understood the situation and treated the cat, ensuring that she was comfortable for 24 hours so that my mum had the opportunity to return from holiday in order to say goodbye to her.
Overall I would recommend this vets to anyone who wants value for money and a vets that puts the care and welfare of the animals first.

We have two dogs, a Chocolate Labrador who is a usually healthy dog but had to have the full treatment when he was involved in a road traffic accident in 2012 and a Cocker Spaniel who was diagnosed with Chronic Renal failure when she was just 2 years old, she is nearly 7 years now, so due to the excellent vet care she has beaten all the odds. We highly recommend Vale Vets Kidderminster as they are professional at all times with a high level of care and they are compassionate to both the animals and the humans when times are more trying & stressful.

We have used Vale for approx 18yrs and would not hesitate to recommend them. They are always so friendly. Our 18yr old dog recently had to have an operation to remove her eye under the vets/nurses care she came through it well and their continued help is keeping her and our others dogs fit and healthy. We can always get an appointment when we want it and in emergencies are ready to get us in to see a vet. All I can say is excellent.

We have always been very happy with the way our animals have been treated and it is quite a few years now that we have been using them. Everyone is very friendly and when we have had to make difficult decisions for our pets we feel we have received good advice.

This practice was recommended to me by my neighbour when we moved. I have used them on numerous occasions (for boosters, accidents and illness) and have always been very impressed with their professionalism, kindness and compassion towards both my pets and me. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful and I have never had any problems contacting them even at weekends or out of hours. One of my cats sadly had to be put to sleep recently and they handled the situation with compassion and sensitivity.
I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.
