I wouldn't hesitate in recommending West Mount Vets Paddock. Lizanne and Hilary looked after my late cat Mitzi for years and now they are looking after my new kittens Bertie and Bella.
This is a caring practice who really know how to look after animals. For me they are second to none and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Recently, I took my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to the Paddock Surgery for an operation to remove her anal glands. This was not a decision that I took lightly and I was anxious for everything to go well and grilled the vet about the procedure.
The vet, Lizanne Searson, answered my many questions patiently and put my mind at rest. My six-year-old dog made a swift recovery, as predicted by the vet, and is much happier following the operation.
I was willing to handover my beloved pooch to the vet because I trust all the staff and know that they provide a high standard of care. Believe me, I am a fussy person but I cannot fault anything at this practice: from the welcome, to the standards of cleanliness to the staff's skill and expertise.
I have been taking Tilly to this practice since she was a puppy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Some people have a job; others have a vocation. After 16 of the coldest March days on record, I shall be forever grateful that my old cat was handed in to the Paddock surgery, where the vet and the assistant fall into the latter category. The poor thing was riddled with ticks and painfully (alarmingly) emaciated, but these two women nursed her and handed her back to me. Thank you so much ladies: I can't recommend you highly enough.

My husband and I are first-time pet owners and we have two lovely cats called Molly and Smudge. The vets, nursing assistants and receptionists have been extremely helpful in providing our woefully sparse knowledge with lots of information and understand our concerns.
We can highly recommend them - indeed they were recommended to us by several people which led us to register with them.

Ive been to a few vets practises in my time owning pets but have been with westmount vets 10+ years and I would'nt dream of going elsewhere. You usually see the same vets and the same nurses, they know your pets and are very kind and friendly to both my pets and myself.
I never feel rushed when in consultation and they talk through very thoroughly whats going to happen. Ive had to visit often with my dogs with one thing and another and we have never had a bad experience.

West Mount Vets at Paddock
I have found the vets and nurses at West Mount to be brilliant at dealing with our animals. I like the fact that the same team are available (not a different face each time we go), so we feel that they know our animals personally.
Whenever we have needed urgent help they have always ensured that we have a quick appointment. Also, during the consultation I have never felt rushed.
All staff have treated us and our animals with care.
