Thank you to the fantastic Chris Troughton and the staff at Rhiwbina surgery for looking after our gorgeous Rosie when she had her op last week, at nearly 17 we were worried about her having surgery but she is recovering really well and it is all down to the care given by you all at the surgery, Heath Vets is most definitely the best veterinary practice in Cardiff, we have always used your services as did my parents with our pets as I was growing up and we would recommend you to everyone.

Heath Vets is a wonderful practice, the team has cared for my pets for the last 20 years (2 dogs and 2 cats). My first dog developed cushings disease in the last few years of her life, her care was first class and I was truly grateful for everything Chris Troughton and Peter did for her. They now look after my second dog and two cats who are all on VetProtect, which again I would highly recommend - everything is taken care of under the scheme and I can rest assured that my pets will always be covered. I would never take my pets anywhere else for their care.

Having bought our first dog last year the staff and vets at heath vets have been fantastic. We probably asked lots of stupid questions but all the staff where happy to help, their interest was in Molly our new family member, so by educating us they knew Molly was going to be better looked after.
From day one all the staff have done everything to help, even arranging puppy socialization classes at the surgery, which Molly loved.
When Molly recently hurt her leg the surgery arranged for us to go straight down to the surgery, luckily she was fine, a few weeks of rest and a couple of visits to the surgery to make sure she was ok and she's now running around as normal.
I would never consider going to any other vet.
Thank you all for great service

Our American Hairless (Asbo) has been registered with Heath Vets for 12 months now since we collected him from the Dogs Trust in Bridgend. The initial consultation was booked and we were made to feel very welcome by all members of staff.
Asbo has been through alot in his two years and was very nervous when we got him so having to take him to the vets was not something that we were looking forward to doing. We had no worries there. They all made a fuss when they saw him and made him feel very relaxed.
I highly recommend Heath vets to anyone who want the best possible care for the pets.

I have been using Heath Vets for a few years and have never had a problem. The previous veterinary practice we were using before Heath Vets not only had a rude, uncaring owner as well as awkward appointment times, but they completely overlooked a serious problem with one of our three cats. When we moved to Heath Vets, the vets there discovered the problem immediately and took care of it. They're great, friendly and very caring. Easily the best vets in Cardiff, hands-down.

I had veterniary surgeon Chris Troughton and his staff look after my pet Rottweiler Gypsy for the whole of her 12 years of life. During this time the surgery treated Gypsy not as just another dog but of a friend. So much so Gypsy enjoyed each trip to the clinic, even when it was for medical treatment ! Each member of staff made her welcome and played with her so enjoying every moment.
The surgery, its vets and staff always acted in a professional manner with a warm and friendly manner. When, as Gypsy passed away recently, I get my next dog I have no hesitation in returning to Heath Veterniary Surgery to have him/her registered with them. I strongly recommend this establishment to any pet owner.
I cannot thank them enough for the way they looked after my dog throughout her life.
