“Confident Caring and thoughtful”

I had 2 elderly dogs, sadly now only 1. I came here by chance as my regular vet had no appointments and my dog was quite lame. Ryk did everything he could to help her but sadly it was an inoperable tumour and she had to be put to sleep. Everybody was thoroughly compassionate and in no way made me feel uncomfortable as I wept when she went to sleep. Horrifically my remaining dog developed a growth in exactly the same place 3 weeks later and I panicked and rushed him to Ryk who wasted no time in removing the growth which was, fortunately, a benign growth. I can't thank the staff enough for the way they handle my dogs and even how they handle me. I'm sure they must think I am a little barmy but they never show it. Their fees are no more expensive than elsewhere so I definitely have no problems there either. You could do a lot worse and struggle to find anything better than this practice, I thoroughly recommend it.

“Second to None”

Pebbles our beautiful Bichon Frise is being treated at this Vets by Gerald for Cancer, the care and attention she gets is second to none. I can honestly say I don't know what I would have done without him. Unfortunately to add to her troubles Pebbles hurt her leg and needed an operation, this had to be done in between her cancer treatment to get the best possible chance of healing. The operation was done by Leon and Marie, Leon knows what she means to us and reassured me everything would be alright. The operation went perfect and she is recovering really well and Marie is one of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. I cannot recommend this Vets enough and will be forever grateful to them all. They are a great team.

“Excellent Veterinary Practice”

Gerald and his lovely team of Nurses have been so understanding and kind, they are always so helpful when i phone especially Leanne. I have been taking our precious little Pebbles to them since January 2012 when she was diagnosed with cancer. We could not wish for a more reliable and caring team, Gerald's gone out of his way to find the best treatment possible and that is why our little precious is still here with us. It was a very difficult journey at the beginning but he is doing all he can and more to get us where we are today. We will never be able to thank you enough Gerald, nothing is ever too much trouble for you.
