I have seen Paul several times recently and have always found him to be very professional and friendly. The nurse I saw a couple of times was also very efficient and pleasant. Both of my cats are extremely nervous yet Paul always does his best to put them at ease and he is always happy to answer any questions. My rescue kitten had a very nasty case of fleas and they cleared up after just one treatment. Veterinary care is not cheap, wherever you go, but I didn't think the prices here were extortionate. I am fairly knowledgeable about small animals as I trained as a veterinary nurse (I used to work for Mr Drew at this same practice) but I do always ask a lot of questions anyway and all of the staff have always been very willing to help, both face to face and over the phone.

Whilst it was indeed easy to find would reserve judgement as felt very little information was offered, had to ask if there would be any side effect to first vaccination. This is my very first time ever using a vet, will go back for 2nd vac as have paid for it. Receptionist seemed slow and seemed unsure of what she was doing and indeed have to check on price paid as was different to what given over the phone.
We are very sorry that you feel you were not provided with enough information during your visit. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer care and are dismayed that we have let you down on this occasion.
