Hall court don't have an appointment system, which is a bit of a pain when there are loads of people already there, but you always get seen when you go at their opening hours.
I've used this vets all of my life and they have cared for my various pets gently and kindly right through to the end. My last dog was bad tempered and had attitude, but they always cared for her gently, even kneeling on the floor to treat her so she didn't have the stress of being lifted onto the table.
I've always had the opinion that they do the right thing for the animal and not just focused if they are insured, so they can ramp up the charges.

I have known Hallcourt Vets for 55 years when my parents took our very young Cairn Terrier, Jill, to them following a very poor prognosis at another practice. As the result of a different diagnosis, and the required treatment, Jill rapidly recovered, and lived to old age. My parents became clients of the practice, and I have followed in their footsteps taking all my dogs there. I have never had any worries concerning the treatment and care of my pets or myself. As the practice has grown it has managed to retain the friendly, yet caring and professional attitude extended to patients and their owners. I always feel confident in the diagnosis and treatment received by my pets, and have found staff willing to go that extra mile. I have recommended Hallcourt to friends and colleagues who have subsequently become clients of the practise.
An award would be well-deserved.
Thank you to everyone at Hallcourt
