“My puppy Star”
Dear All at Hunts Poynton
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for looking after Star. Even though she is still with you!
Star means so much to our family and you have looked after her so well and been so caring.
I have seen/spoken to 3 vets and most of the nurses and each time Star has come in she and I have had excellent treatment from the initial consultation to me calling regularly to check how she is, each person has been outstanding, they have dealt with my queries and given Star the attention I would give her and I feel happy leaving her in your care.
All at Hunts couldn't do enough for me and Star and were/are always happy to help.
Thank you we as a family are very grateful.

“A truly wonderful and talented vet - ERIN”
Dear David/Erin,
I am writing to you, with regards to one of your vets, Erin.
Erin was the vet who treated my dog Kia, who sadly had to be put to sleep last week!
I believe that Kia posed quite an intricate and complex case to you.
However, Erin was incredibly compassionate, thorough and efficient and explored every possible avenue! While doing so, she continually kept us informed and up to date with all of Kia's treatment.
This made the inevitable, a lot easier to comprehend, as we were fully aware of what position we were in, and that every option had been explored.
May we take this opportunity to thank, a truly talented, compassionate and dedicated Vet, who is most definitely, an asset to your (Poynton) practice David!
