“Excellent all roundder”

I have been a customer at the Animal Clinic for over 10 years when I first lived in Welling and had Bella the Rottweiler. We lost her last July but had it now been down to the help and knowledge of the staff especially Margot then Im not sure Bella would have been 12 and a half when she finally went to sleep. It was a very distressing time but the staff were brilliant and helped me get through a difficult time.
Since my great sadness back in July last year we have since got Rosie a black labrador. I now live in Wilmington and have to travel quite far to go to the clinic but I do it because of the excellent service they provide and the love and support they have for all the animals.
thank you very much

“Caring!!”

Last year my dog had swallowed a peach stone. After a 3-1/2 hr operation on a nearly perforated bowl I was so pleased that she survived I could not have thanked the vet Margitt or her staff for anymore. I was well informed on what was going on during that crucial time. Also the aftercare was fantastic. I have owned dogs and cats for the past 40 years. They are more than just pets to me. So I am VERY careful who I have looking after my animals.
The practice is always very clean and inviting. The staff always very welcoming and caring.

“Couldn't fault”

I have been attending this veterinary practice with our family pets for many years.
I can honestly say I would not let any other vet treat my precious dog.
My dog feels most at home attending this practice, I know that she is in safe and careful hands.
The staff are welcoming and friendly and most importantly knowledgeable.
The main vet is caring and sensitive to the needs of the pet and owner.
Nothing is too much trouble.

“Caring and friendly”

We have two cats and one of them had broken jaw. Our little Astra does go outside and one evening she returned with broken jaw. We got her to The Animal Clinic and she was taken care off. Vet was very professional and caring. We were kept us informed about how our little Astra was doing after the operation. We are very thankful for everything. And on the happy note, our Astra recovered well and now she just fine!!!

“Why go anywhere else? ”

As a child we had every pet you could imagine however in reality, our parents were the ones who actually looked after them. When I married I thought I could own a pet until I realised my husband was allergic to animal skin; except Rabbits.

Having been unwell for a couple of years I was beginning to get back on my feet. On a visit to a pub to celebrate my mother's birthday, I was introduced to three rabbits that were for sale in the garden. A decision was made in an instant - Billy was bought home the following day; it is unnatural to keep a rabbit in a box. However my need to give a rabbit a good home life, one filled with love overrode his needs as a Rabbit. Having been introduced to the Animal Clinic, Margit and her team have educated me, helped me and supported me to become a good 'mother' to Billy and my Rabbit family; Billy and his partner Imogen, Rex and Lily and Scruff-Muff and Grace. When Billy ate Bear Grass and subsequently became ill, Margit reacted with speed and saved him. When Billys original partner died - Maisie - her support was touching. When it's time for their jabs, I get a reminder via a text message. Margit and her team are likeable, friendly, professional and helpful. Most importantly for us, they are also Rabbit friendly. So in all truth, why would I go anywhere else?

“friendly staff, amazing vet.”

Our two cats are registered in this clinic. They were vaccinated and castrated in this clinic. The funniest thing ever was when vet Margit discovered that our little ginger cat who we thought is boy was actually a girl. Bless!

“Eric the Rabbit”

I've taken Eric, my 8 month old mini lop, to this vets before for his annual jabs and also to be neutered. The vet, nurses, and reception staff were very helpful, particularly after his castration operation, being sure to tell me how to care for him whilst he was healing.

The clinic itself is very clean and open. It has many products on sale for cats, dogs and rabbits, with rh receptionist telling me that if I wanted a bulk order of hay that they would order it in for me.

I will definitely continue to bring Eric here for his annual jabs, and if I ever had concerns over his health I would feel confident that I could contact the clinic and be catered for.

Overall I find the service at the Animal Clinic to be very good, the price was definitely as expected and the care is great.

“Fantastic surgery”

I LOVE this surgery.

We have been to a couple of different ones since having our eldest dog, but I think now I would never change from here.
Margit (the vet) is always friendly, helpful and honest. Plus, she is always incredibly thorough with establishing what the problem is and treating appropriately. When our dog had what looked like seizures, she phoned us personally with the results from his bloods and explained what each result meant.
I would be happy to take either of my dogs here for any problem that they have. The nurses are always helpful and always bring fresh water when my collie comes in and drinks all of theirs!
The dogs even enjoy going here for their vaccinations yearly. There is never any refusal to go in from
Either of them, and they look forward to their liver treat once they have been jabbed
Thankyou all at the Animal Clinic :-)

“More than a vet practice”

The Animal Clinic is more than a vet practice: the friendly team at the clinic really does more than treat your animal, they also give you confidence and hope.
I have been taking my four cats there for a number of years and competent and compassionate vet Margit has treated a pancreatitis, an acid corroded tongue, an infection in a mystery wound and various accidents and illnesses. The most serious conditions worried me a lot, especially when Poncho was ill with pancreatitis, but Margit always managed to reassure me without giving me false hope. Poncho recovered fully and I like to make sure he's checked regularly.
I would recommend the Animal Clinic with no reservations.

“Amazing!!”

Our two kittens were registered to The Animal Clinic ever since they came to us. The animal clinic have helped us all through each step. From initial vaccinations to neuter and spay as well as discovering our little boys umbilical hernia and repairing it. Any problems have always been checked up and reviewed carefully, thoroughly and expertly. They also stock any supplies you need so to save having to travel around after a visit to get the item to aid recovery (or treats).

The Animal Clinic are great and even the kittens still don't mind going, thank you for all you have done so far!
