“LOVELY PERSONAL VET”

I first dealt with 4-Paws when an old cat of mine, who had gone away to die, was taken there. Fortunately he was chipped and 4-Paws contacted me to tell me that someone had brought him in. They were so nice and sensitive and after I went in to see him made it very easy for me to make arrangements to have him cremated there.

On the strength of that experience I moved from my current vet [I have another cat] and cannot recommend them highly enough for friendliness, care and attention.

“Thank You for Caring”

My cat Earl gets very stressed by a visit to the vet, he pees in his box and can be aggressive to staff, however this hasn't stopped any of the staff from caring about Earl, they clean his box and do their utmost to minimise his stress whilst ensuring he gets the medical attention he needs. Thank you for making a stressful time that bit easier for myself an Earl, much appreciated.

“Thank you for your help! ”

Our little boxer puppy didn't have the best start in life. As well as a heart murmur he had 2 different parasites in his tummy that were causing malnutrition. He was under weight and lethargic. Despite a recommendation from a previous vet to return him to the breeder, Wimbledon Veterinary Surgery helped us decide on keeping him. They worked so closely with us, providing tests, meds and a helping hand whenever it was needed. They were key in bringing Harvey back to good health. He has now gotten rid of his parasites, has grown out of his heart murmur and putting on weight everyday. All in all he is a great example of a boxer. Thank you so much for everything you have done - you have been fundamental to harveys growth. Shaun, Lee & of course Harvey!!!

“staff churn”

Your vets are courteous and friendly, but we never seem to see the same one on consecutive visits. It would feel more professional if that happened more often...

“Brilliant Vets ”

I have two young cats with very different needs. The advice we have received has always been first class, both cats are in fantastic health and I feel safe knowing that the staff at Wimbledon Vet Surgery always have the interests of my pets at heart.

And all the other pet owners I have met have been lovely and friendly. Happy days!

“Would absolutely recommend to a friend.”

The reception staff, nurses and Vets are all very friendly, welcoming and show a genuine interest and your animal. I took a very sick Puppy along and after their treatment is is now doing very well and making great progress as he should be. The Puppy parties are great and excellent value for money!

“Outstanding”

A few weeks ago I was away on business with my Disabled wife at home with our cat FiFi. My wife realised that FiFi was in terrible pain when she moved. Nobody local could help us take FiFi to the Vet but amazingly a nurse (I think Susie)from 4 Paws visited our home and took FiFi away. Somehow the cat had badly cut her rear right leg. It required surgery that took place the following day. After nearly 2 weeks we have FiFi home and back to her normal (naughty) self. The care and understanding of literally everyone we met at 4 Paws was just amazing. Thank you so so much

“Outstanding - Caring - Informative and up-to-date.”

Outstanding - Caring - Informative and up-to-date.
Wherever Jackie (vet) goes Faye my cat goes to visit her -
Faye, Jackie (vet) and Amanda (nurse) all greet each other like long lost friends. I FEEL TOTAL CONFIDENCE IN THIS TEAM - KNOW THAT FAYE LOVES HER SPA DAYS WITH THEM - Faye has kidney disease and comes in for an extra IV boost every 3 months where she is pampered brushed and made a fuss of - I know she loves these days as she gets excited and purrs when she sees the girls - she also loves Penny the receptionist.
Jackie (vet) and her team behind her have given Faye a quality of life that no specialist could have ever given her - we are forever in her debt xx
Thanks guys
Best wishes
Liz, Faye and Bear xxx

“Feel happy my cats are in safe hands!”

Great vets - the vets and vets nurses clearly have a real love for animals. Always feel my cats are getting the best possible care when I bring them here, and although my cats can be quite nervous Jonathan always manages to put them at ease.

“Great place!”

This vet practice is all you can ask for. The vets are professional and friendly, and most importantly, their love for animals is clearly palpable. I have been very lucky to have only seen them during routine and vaccination apps, but the once we had a poorly dog, they were most helpful. Dealt with our dog and our worried selves in a caring manner and even took care of the insurance claims.

“Annual check up”

Our recent visit to the vets was a good experience. The veterinary nurse offered us a cup of tea because surgery was running late, which was a very nice touch. The vet we saw was extremely professional and lovely with our cat Stanley.

“Experienced and compassionate care for my cat - top vet clinic!”

The vets at this surgery are by far the most compassionate and kind vets I have met. Their care has always been top notch and their treatments make them the most progressive vets in the area. Thank you Vanessa and Dane for putting our baby back together after a horrific RTA. As a family we feel sooo lucky!
