A recent move also brings forth a change of vets, our eight and a half year old bunny was getting on in life and had had some problems with his teeth and an abscess, we had originally taken our bun to a nearby vet and although very friendly they couldn't help with our little ones latest problem arthritis and a build up on his bottom, I decided a second opinion would not go amiss and had heard great feedback from Vets 4 Pets, there was one locally so I phoned and all booked in, upon arrival was very impressed and the warm welcome made my daughter and I feel at ease, we didn't have to wait long at all and our very friendly vet Christine called us through, she handled our bun with such care and confidence she knew exactly what she was doing, we had waited for some expert advice for so many years with our beautiful yet very charming bundle, she suggested our little one stay with them get a good bottom wash and antibiotic injections and pain meds for his arthritis, we received a phone a few hours later and collecting our bun we were so happy and relieved he was fresh and new again, the lovely care assistant showed us how to administer the medicine and secured a return appointment in 48 hours. We were given the costs up front and asked if this was okay and to be honest it wasn't much more than we normally pay and they didn't charge for getting his nails trimmed, they seem to be very well informed of rabbits and we feel very fortunate they have given our bun a new lease of life, I will be highly recommending Vets 4 Pets to my family and friends...

Faced with the extremely difficult decision of having our beloved dog put to sleep, Kirstin showed utmost professionalism and compassion throughout the whole experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kirstin as an excellent vet who genuinely cares about the animals she treats and gives them the best possible care.
