I got my first cat purely by chance, a beautiful tortie Tiny has not had the best of starts in life so one call to Inglis and everything was sorted. Nothing is to much trouble for the team and your pets well being is their number one priority. Thanks guys for looking after my tortie.

“Professional and Caring”

I have used Inglis for years for my dogs, whether they were puppies or pensioners, they are all treated with respect and gentleness. Advice is on tap and they are there 24/7 to help. Staff are friendly and upbeat and give you all the time you need. Recently when my elderly cat was run over I couldn't have asked for more care for him and for me at that sad time. They are just brilliant all round.

“5 out of 5 stars”

I have recommended Inglis to anyone I know with pets. They are wonderful. They are always kind and helpful and treat each pet uniquely and with kindness and respect as if they were their own. Our cat has to visit the vet alot due to a painful stomach condition. She hates the vet but the staff always manage to keep her calm. Her condition was diagnosed quickly and they always know just what to do when we have to take her in. I love the fact that they are available 24/7 for help and advice regardless of how trivial it may seem. They never make you feel stupid or paranoid if you have a problem and take everything seriously. We have also had to have a pet put to sleep and they were very compassionate. We even received a sorry for your loss card from them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been using Inglis Dunfermline branch for years. They have treated all my dog's and cat's from early checks and vaccinations through ill health and accident's until I have sadly needed them to be there there with such compassion when it's been time to let them go. I can say I have trusted everything they have done for my pet's over the years and I know they have made sure that they find the best treatment available. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

He is currently having some treatment for a problem with his jaw and the staff go out their way to support us! Nothing is any trouble and all our questions are answered. They really put you at ease and I have no worries about leaving him there as I know he will be well looked after . I would recommend ingles to all my friends and family .

“Very helpful and friendly staff ”

Today I phoned to get my poor dog Keira seen to . The receptionist was very nice on the phone and told me to just bring her in and I may have to wait a while as they don't have any free appointments . We didn't have to wait long and a lovely vet seen us . Keira was getting a bit upset with the vet touching and pressing on her sore paw . But the vet was great and not only calmed Keira down but me as well.
So thank you for taking great care of me and my dog Keira . She has had her medicine and is sound asleep .
I would recommend this vet practice to anyone who has a pet as not only are they friendly and great at their job , but they are supportive to the owner as well.

“All round care - second to none!”

We cannot thank the staff at the Dunfermline surgery enough. Graeme particularly was an absolute star. Bracken was a challenge from the second we walked in to the surgery until the sad day when we had to let her go. Graeme and the staff were always supportive and looked after Bracken wonderfully - even if she didn't appreciate it very much (we did!). Bracken was a regular visitor through various mishaps and then later on unexplained chronic illness but the care and attention by all of the staff was always of the same high standard.
We will certainly be returning to Graeme and the rest of the staff when the time comes for us to welcome another dog into our lives!
So from all of the Tennents we say thank you once again or all you did for us and especially the love and care shown for a very sadly missed Bracken.

“Friendly vet, especially megan :-)”

The care my pup George has received has been amazing. He was ready to leave my dog (his mummy)and he started limping. I took him to the vet and have been numerous times since. He always gets seen by Megan and he loves how friendly and caring she is. Megan has sought advice from other vets as George has polyarthritis which is usually found in older dogs about treatments we could use. He has had x-rays, been to both cowdenbeath and dunfermline practices and the care both George and myself have had is friendly and makes me feel secure in the knowledge that he is fine should he need to be left. I have had phone calls if needing reassurance, he has been on Facebook. He is always going to be disabled but i know that whatever he needs Inglis will do their best. I have my 4 dogs on the care plan and this has been a godsend as the cost of Georges treatment would have far too expensive for me, and he may not be with me now. I have recommended Inglis to friends and to the people who have bought pups from me as well. First class vets and first class staff :-)<br />

“Fantastic Veterinary Hospital”

Inglis Veterinary Hospital have been nothing but fantastic with us. We are always welcomed by friendly staff and we leave knowing we have had the best treatment possible. What I really like and appreciate it when in a treatment room with the vet, they pay a lot of attention to my pets (cat & dog) and make a fuss over them. They are always great at interacting with them and it's lovely to see. I can't recommend Inglis Veterinary Hospital highly enough - they are fantastic.

“When is it my turn?”

I don't have the words to justify a high enough review. The treatment Tallulah received after being poisoned by an over-the-counter flea treatment & the support & understanding given was 2nd to none. Staff go well beyond their duty expectations. If I had the option when needing health care, I would bypass my GP & the NHS & visit you instead.

“Great Vets”

My little dog Izzy has been a customer at Inglis since she was 8 weeks old she is now 10 months and in the few visits we have had to inglis we have found them very good. We have used numerous other vets in the past for other pets and none have been overly friendly and can seem very money orientated. Inglis staff have always been great with izzy and friendly with me! She is booked into inglis on Thursday to be spayed which will be her first big visit to the vets and I am sure I will be just as impressed as we have been previously. We are also getting another puppy soon and he will definitely be registered with inglis also. Izzy is also a member of Inglis care plan which I find very handy and her new buddy Bentley will also be signed up to this soon.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Inglis for all their support, through thick and thin they are always there for me. I run a boarding cattery and I cannot fault any of the staff for their friendly and supportive manner .No matter when I phone they are always there to help and never turn me away. They know how much I worry about each and every cat I board and have never treated me as if I was 'a mad catwoman'even though I possibly am :). They answer all my questions and explain everything in detail, as they realise I want to understand what is happpening. So may I thank each and every one of you from reception to vets
