Truly superb care!

We've recently transferred the care of our pets to the practice, and are so pleased we did! Theo, the vet, is outstanding, going well above and beyond the veterinary care any of our animals have received in the past. We get the sense he genuinely has a concern for animals, and making sure their humans understand their care. Communication has been superb. We haven't needed to chase results, he's called us, and he's explained everything very thoroughly. All the support staff we've encountered are helpful and attentive. We'd have no hesitation recommending the practice to any caring pet owner.

All the staff at Arun Veterinary Group go out of their way to help clients feel special. The knowledge of the nurses is outstanding and their dedication and love of animals shines through.

My Spaniel Ludo fell poorly recently. After contacting the surgery, we were very pleased to be seen within a matter of hours. Anna Stewart undertook a thorough and very gentle examination that caused Ludo absolutely no additional stress. From the moment we booked in at the reception to the consultation itself, we were both very grateful for such a professional, confidence inspiring experience. We have a follow up appointment with Anna in two weeks, by which time I feel certain LUDO will be well on the road to recovery. 22/5/13

I have been using the services of Catton Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff at the practice. I highly recommend this practice on the basis of superb pet and client care. The support I am receiving whilst my pet is currently being treated for a chronic condition is immensely helpful and comforting during this stressful period. I have relaxed knowing that on hospitalisation, my pet is well cared for. Gratitude for the veterinary nurses (and Vet Hannake Kruger) who have consistently kept me updated with progress of treatment (including out of practice hours - all times of the day and night!) and for the special touches such as seeking out extra comfortable bedding and favourite foods (to help my little monster relax too!) So a big thanks to all the staff at Catton for being so brilliant and caring.

A very impressive practice. I'm looking after an old cat for a friend of mine, and they have been so helpful with everything. They even go out of their way to help the first time visitor to their practice. Thank you all :-)

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending West Mount Vets Paddock. Lizanne and Hilary looked after my late cat Mitzi for years and now they are looking after my new kittens Bertie and Bella. This is a caring practice who really know how to look after animals. For me they are second to none and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

If your looking for kind caring and professional vets, Sophie and her team at Medivet Kenton are for you. Nothing is too much trouble have had fantastic service over the 2 years they have been looking after my Bulldog Red first class service.

we would just like to say thank you to everyone at your vets in Coventry, for your caring, supportive staff and providing a service above all else, when it was needed. You were there when it mattered yesterday for our Bulldog Megan when we had to bring her in urgently. thank you for your swift response and your accurate advice with the decisions available to us, it helped put our mind at rest with what was going on. In spite of everyone's best efforts she passed away, but we could not have asked for any more from any member of staff, than the best efforts that you had already provided. Thank you
