would just like to thank all the staff for the care and attention they gave to our Cat Sam, we really thought we were going to lose him, but so pleased to say after a week of being in the hospital , he is now home, and hopefully will continue to do well, so again many thanks to you all. We came to Equipet by chance after losing a puppy and the remainder of the litter also struck by illness we felt hopeless as our previous vet was not up to standards expected.
They took us in and with immediate care at a very late hour decided to hospitalise our puppy and fully examine the rest of the family. We felt cared for, the staff were friendly and supportive and our dogs received incredible care. Cannot recommend this practice enough after trying 3 other vet's in Fife.
Staff we really liked we're Amanda Turnbull an amazing vet as is Lauren Berry & Kim the nurse.

Elsie, my old pet cat and I have been registered with this practice for about 6 years and I have always held Equipet in high regard not only for the quality of treatment and handling of the patient but for the efficient, friendly and sympathetic dealings with myself. When Elsie became very ill on 8.11.12 I was able to have her seen very quickly and she was admitted to the hospital. I was telephoned within a few hours with results of preliminary tests. I was kept fully informed at all stages and was allowed to visit Elsie during which I was given time to chat to nurses and vets about her condition and progress. The \'behind the scenes\' facilities were impressive and scrupulously clean. One of the initial possible diagnoses proved to be correct and the treatment and care successfully restored Elsie to health. What stood out however was the sincerely caring attitude of everyone; vets, nurses and reception staff. Not just for Elsie but for me too. Bottom line is that in addition to being very good at what they do and well equipped for it, they are a lovely group of people.
