5 Stars - 25-08-2016 - Lucie Brookes

We rehomed Lucie about 8 weeks ago and shes been incredibly nervous on previous visits. Kevin has been kind and patient today (first time we have seen him) he's built a bond with Lucie and managed to check her health more than anyone has before. Thank you so much!

Staff are very helpful and caring, take time to speak to you about your pets needs, they are great in an emergency and will always try their best to see you and keep you updated on pets progress.

Always polite and professional, always fussing my dogs and keeping them calm.

5 Stars - 25-08-2016 - Topher

If it weren't for Kevin (vet) and the staff at Blacks, my cat (Topher) would have lost his eye a long time ago. Kevin has gone out of his way to research appropriate treatment and he cares for Topher like he is his own. I'm disabled but the staff cant do enough to help. They even carrt Topher to and from the car for me - FANTASTIC VETS

Our Labrador meg is a regular visitor to this practice every 4 weeks for injection for her arthritis and general check up on her health it was via a blood test that it was revealed she had a high liver function reading , it was discussed with me and the general opinion was to give her a liver scan this revealed lesions on her liver , as you can Imagine I was and still am very concerned over this but the kindness and information I have received as been very good this is what I have always received from my vets at blacks whenever there as been any kind of problem with my pets I also have 2 cats who only ever go to the vets when there boosters are due but I know if either one had a problem that they would be treated just as well. Then there are the reception girls they are all lovely, always happy to see us and very helpful Meg especially loves Kendal she's a lovely lady Meg charges out of the consulting rooms to reception ready for her treat she knows she will get from Kendal Blacks is a wonderful practice and I would recommend to any pet owner
