Thank you so much to Black 's vets and the emergency out of hours team for taking in our beautiful Jasmine and sorting out her poorly tummy. We are so grateful for the care and attention you've given to her and couldn't have asked for better care. Your private room at the Dudley hospital was just the place I needed to spend some time with her whilst she was under you care. Thank you! We've always been very impressed with the care all our dogs receive at Black's which is why we travel 10 miles to use the practice. Fantastic team, fantastic service and fantastic care.

Good service

My kitten had previously been seen at another vets for pre-neuter checks but it wasn`t mentioned to me that his un-descended testicle might cause health problems in the future. I am so glad I brought him to Blacks as the vet gave him such a thorough health check and really made him feel special! I was informed about what was wrong and what type of surgery he would have to have but that this would still be fairly simple. I booked the operation for his unusual castration for the next working day and it all went smoothly - the wound is so neat! I was pleased that he was given pain killers and a collar for afterwards as when my girl was spayed at the other vets she didn't have either and ended up biting open her wound which was horrible for us to see. Thanks to Simon, Kevin, Kate and all the nurses for looking after Remy.
