I would like to personally thank Connie for all her continuous excellent work at the lye practice. I am always extremely pleased with her when dealing with me and my 2 dogs Dexter and Leni.. Nothing is too much trouble.. A role model.. Keep up the good work As for the Vet Mr Bart.. he deserves a medal... An amazing conscious Vet.. My Mr Fitzpatrick from Lye..

I noticed tonight Jett didn't seem to want put much weight on his front paw, when I looked there was a blister or swelling on it, rang Blacks and Pam (receptionist) told me to bring Jett straight down. Saw Bart who had a good look at Jett's paws and calmed my nerves. Fabulous service and wonderful vet. I recommend Blacks to everyone.

My mate Ben had to have a canine tooth extracted at Lye branch and the care experienced was exceptional. Even the tooth was returned which was so big, I placed it under his pillow that night expecting at least a tenner. It didn't work, it was still there the following morning! Ben was in a lot of pain for around twelve hours as one would expect but with a good amount of TLC he is now well again and will soon be back on his regular dry food diet. My thanks to the staff at Lye and a special thanks to vet Simon for his kindness.

I have used Blacks Vets since 1999 and have always found everyone who works here to be professional and caring. Many thanks.
