I take my cat every 3 months for the nurse to give her her a worm tablet & weigh her as she is a little overweight. It is always such a pleasant experience & so much less stressful for Candy than me attempting it. Thankyou

Bray have been looking after my two dogs for two years now. They have great staff, convenient hours and a positive attitude to animal welfare. Half the cost of other vets in town for jabs and other care.

I have been using this practice for the past 10 years and the only word I can use to describe it is excellent. We have a cat who is not easy to treat due to nervousness which turns to violence as soon as any vet gets near him. Despite this he has been treated for a very serious illness by this vet and every year has his jabs without too much fuss. The treatment when he was ill was second to none and I am not sure he would have survived if he had not had the care and commitment to his recovery that Craig and his team gave. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Free puppy check, of course! £20.29 Invoiced by letter after 2 weeks for NOTHING! Disgusting. I'm so disappointed!

Vet Response

We would be very happy to look into the reason behind the billing. Normally our puppy checks are free unless the puppy turns out not to be a puppy but turns out to be a doggy with an ongoing problem. Then it results in a consultation which results in a bill. If you would like to contact the practice directly and speak to Mr Johnston

Poochie is always cared for a looked after by everyone at brays! She was diagnosed with epilepsy and suffered a huge grand mal of seizures, I honestly thought when I took her in I wouldn't be collecting her, because of the love and care she received and still receives she is like a new dog! One day she may even let the nurses stroke her willingly!!! They have been great through everything and even helped me to get some of her excess weight (from the epilepsy pills) off, she has lost almost 3 kilo's and has never been healthier! I will never take her anywhere else! Keep up the good work!

Professional, compassionate and understanding. This Vets' practice assisted with our domestic pets but also both a stray cat and a wild rabbit with Myxomatotis which came to live on our land with its babies. This required immediate treatment that bore no cost to us. I would never consider going anywhere else but to these caring people. We thank you.

Judy McGibbon does it again! Brilliant vet! Wanted to say thanks to Judy and the girls in Grantham for all their care of Clyde Gander in mending his broken wing. He is back at home tonight with his ladies having had his strapping removed and is shrieking the place down! He wishes to say that he apologises for his bad toilet habits and puts it down to nerves!!!!! Many thanks to all. Sue, Lindsey & Clyde.
