Caters vets and staff have been reassuring and kind to us and our pets in life and sadly of course in death. You always feel as if you matter. The same can be said for their Llandudno Junction surgery.

All the staff are so kind and our two who normally hate visiting the vets really enjoy going there. They received efficient treatment there and although it is like private health care because they are too old to have pet insurance Henry who has diabetes is settled, and Digger who has a heart murmur takes tablets which make him much more bouncy - and bad tempered!

We took our dog Rossi to Caters to have a cyst removed from his back.We were anxious about the operation because of his age (almost 14).We were surprised how bouncy and active he was when we picked him up.Since then he has had his stitches removed and is healing really well and has started to get his coat back to normal. Many thanks to all the staff at Caters who treated Rossi and put our minds at rest.

I would like to thank staff at caters Craig-y-don for all the help and support they have gave me and my dog Lola. I was upset when Lola was taken into theatre but the receptionist was polite and helped me to calm down. Lola came from there happy and her follow up appointment was made before we left .

Glen, my faithful border collie, dislocated his rear leg after a fall. The leg was reset, but came out again which meant a major decision as Glen was 10 years old, we where not in a position to pay out thousands of pounds for major hip replacement and the future looked extremely bleak. Our vet Evelyn told us to hold off making any decisions whilst she looked into the problem. A few days later she contacted us and suggested she do a femural removal, which would remove the ball from the bone, Glen would then rely on his muscle to control his leg, but would prevent any pain through bone rubbing on bone! This she completed herself under supervision of a veterinary surgeon at a very reasonable and acceptable cost. Glen recovered well and is getting stronger day after day, always at my side and following me everywhere as usual. Thank you all at Caters Vets, you really are the best! And a special thank you from Glen to Evelynxx

Having lost my dog Spencer who was 15 years old only 3 weeks ago, I feel that the staff and vets were very helpful in making the very difficult decision. On every occasion they were very helpful and very caring. I can not recommend them highly enough, I will continue to use them should I find another dog.

This is a busy practice with a lot going on. I have paid a number of visits and it is usually well organised and always clean. The organised yet relaxed manner of staff help pet and owner to settle in and relax before the consultation. All the qualified staff that I have met have been interested, concerned and up to date with current treatments.
