We (me, hubby, six dogs) moved to the area just one year ago. Before that I researched vets in the area. I emailed Easter Ross Vets a few times to ask questions before making my final decision. Sapphie wrote back almost immediately, very patiently answering my questions. I had been with my vet back in Oldham for over 30 years and I wanted the same sort of relationship, one based on mutual respect, care for my very precious pets and willing to listen and maybe learn from my experiences. I have a couple of dogs with problems - one with epilepsy, one with liver disease - so they need constant monitoring. We adopted an old, neglected dog in January, diagnosed within days as having Cushings Disease by my old vet back in England. She needed surgery as soon as possible for a mammary tumour, inverted nipple and dreadful teeth but at almost 15 years old it was a worry. Once her Cushings was stabilised Gail operated and my husband and I were simply astounded at how well Elsa was immediately after surgery I know I made the right decision in choosing this vet practice to care for my dogs. The vets, nurses and receptionists are first rate and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all of you for being so nice.

My last visit to the vet with Sooty was a very sad one. With a very heavy heart, we decided that we had to let him go as we believe he had a stroke. It didn't matter that it was a late night consultation, we and Sooty were treated with dignity & respect. What was completely lovely was the card we received from Easter Ross vets to show their sympathy. Thank you Easter Ross Vets for your support.

Ive been going to this practice for a few years now and I have had pets all my life so obviously visits to different vets. Easter Ross Vets are the best, friendly, very professional, never ever doubted their diagnosis or advice and been brilliant to me as well as to my pets! Would neva go anywhere else - I know I can take my dogs there and they will get the very best of care...well done to Paco, Abi, Gail and Nurses (Saffie who is patient and clearly loves the animals and her dogs and always give me the warmest welcome) and the rest of his team! Trying to get more interest in dogs from Spain Paco, so would always send them in your direction....Wendy, Jess, Roxy and pretty pretty Bonnie. Killen Avoch x
