Kim has seen Bruce now on 2 Occasions and is very kind and loving towards this big brown bouncy Labodor who is a handful

I received excellent service on my visit to Goddard, Ickenham. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They explained everything in detail so I was aware of exactly was the procedure was for my dog's vaccinations and for signing up to the new health plan. I would definitely recommend the Goddard Vet Group and have been a very satisfied customer for many years both with our rabbit and now with our dog.

I've been using this vet ever since we moved to Ickenham in 1999 and they have always been very friendly and given my pets excellent care. I've seen a few vets come and go but longstanding nurses Dawn and Alison mean there is always someone there who knows me and my dogs, they really are the heart of the practice.

Our 12 year old lab has had an operation on her troublesome ears. Kim has been very patient allowing us to try other alternatives before finally going for surgery. The advice and treatment has been first class. The nurses, Dawn and Alison, are so helpful and friendly and since Kim joined as permanent vet the team is complete. Well done and keep up the good work, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you

Thank you so much for your rabbit awareness week and the donation you made to my little rabbit rescue as part of a fundraiser you did. It was thoughtful and will really help negelected bunnies. Keep up the great work <3

I attended Goddards in Ickenham as it was time to put my dog to sleep. I didn't trust my usual vet to deal with this in a sensitive and caring manner. Thank you Kim and Alison for your kindness and care which really helped at such a difficult time. I will be eternally grateful.

Stanley's first visit to the practice was reassuring. They provided a friendly and personable service and we felt that we could bring Stanley back at any time with any concerns. He was a bit timid but his first 'jab' was undertaken quickly and efficiently. We were able to pick up a lot of information and advice. As first time puppy owners we feel happy that this practice is just up the road from us.

Goddard veterinary in Ickenham provides a quality service, the staff are professional, take the time to listen. The animals are treated well and with respect, as are the owners. They are willing to try and accomodate your needs with regards to appointments. I would recommend to anyone who owns a pet.

It is the nurses that keep us at the surgery. My husband and I have just added a puppy to our family and had a conversation about changing vets and we have not seen the same vet twice in a long time. We decided that as we have known the nurses for many years and they are so caring and helpful we would stay and see how it goes. It was the nurses we talked to about getting a puppy as we have cats and it was them that discussed breads with also our concerns about the impact on the cats. They were more than helpful and when we took the puppy to the vets this week they were really welcoming.

Vet Response

Many thanks for your loyalty to the practice and for your appreciative words about our nurses, Dawn and Alison. We are indeed very proud to have them representing us at a time when it has been difficult to recruit an experienced vet. This is a problem experienced by all practices with vacancies currently but I am delighted to be able to let you know that our new permanent vet, Kim, starts at the beginning of March. She has worked in north London for a number of years and we are very glad to have secured her services. I do hope that you like her and that she will be looking after your new puppy for years to come. Thank you again for your patience.
