We have been attending the New Addington practice since we acquired our dog, Ben, 9 years ago. We have always received excellent service and advice but feel that now the service is better than ever. We were concerned for the future when our last vet, Magdalena, moved on but have to say we are delighted with her successor, Niven Packery. He is professional, friendly and clearly highly competent and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Indeed his whole team are a delight and a great credit to Goddards. A special mention must go to Liz for her cheery manner and for being so unfailingly helpful.

I would like to thank Niven, Liz & Marie and all the other ladies we see at the surgery. We have not had a very good year with things going wrong mainly including the dreaded grass seeds as my dog, Honey, has had them everywhere. The spaniel ears were visited two or three times by these darts and then the paws have taken a battering culminating in surgery last month. As Honey is a pancreatic dog, Niven and his ladies have to think of other medicines to give Honey and they have managed this fantastically. Also she reacts to anaesthetic so they have to think of this also. Honey was treated so well that there were no problems with after effects this time which made my care so much easier when I took her home. Niven and the girls really do put Honey's care first and foremost and I am sure she looks forward to the cuddles she receives. I cannot thank Niven, Liz and Marie (and Tracey & Megan when they are there) for the way they look after my ageing girl (11 unfortunately. I do not know what I would do without them. They constantly put my mind at rest when I ask questions. I would recommend anyone to attend this practice and have the utmost regard for all of them. A huge thank you

I cannot recommend Goddard's New Addington highly enough. All of the staff provide such a high standard of care and truly make you feel as though your pet is the most important animal ever, which of course to their owners they are! Having an elderly diabetic cat, we visit on numerous occasions and always feel welcomed and nothing is too much trouble. If your pet needs a vet, go to Goddard's!

I honestly can not thank Goddards enough for the love and care given to my dog Bella through her illness. Niven took time to listen and understood all my concerns for Bella whilst giving her medical care. The two nurses Liz & Marie I can not thank enough for the love & care they gave to Bella and my family.Sadly we had to say good bye to Bella (17yrs old) and this decision was truly unbearable, but through the ladies help, love and care my family and I got through it. If we ever have another pet I will definitely be using goddards.

I got a new puppy in December. I Had to pick a vet for him to start his vaccinations, since then he has had a few more visits to this vet and I have always felt that the nurses are friendly and welcoming. You can see they are very dedicated to their job. In April my puppy was neauted and I felt I could leave him without having any doubts what so ever. I think this vet is a wonderful practice and would recommend to anyone.

I am so impressed by the whole team at New Addington. The vet, Nevin , is so approachable and understanding. He takes time to explain everything and displays genuine concern for your pets welfare. The nurses are great, friendly, cheerful and so helpful-nothing is too much trouble. The comfort and well being of your pet while in their care is paramount. My dog had surgery today and I was so touched to find that they had walked him, fed him and got to know him. It was such a relief that to know that as he came round from the anaesthetic he received great care and attention. Thank you to the team.

staff are very understanding as I have adopted a rescue dog called Bramble who is not keen on being touched and they are very patient with him and every month we visit and Marie and Niven kindly administers his flea treatment and they are so good with him. Big thank you from us all

I am so grateful to this practice for the way they treat my Cocker Spaniel Honey. They are all so kind to her and have looked after her all your life. She has had so many things wrong with her this year and they have made her visits very special. Honey loves them all. We have had some great locums and are now looking forward to a new permanent vet. The nurses are the best ever. They totally understand Honey and her mummy. I cannot praise them enough. When I could not administer some ear drops because of my arthritis in my hands they found another one and also a better way so I could administer the drops properly. They took the time to sort this out for me and they are rewarded by many cuddles and thanks from the "important one". I am always thanking Honey's favourite nurses because they deserve it so much. Once again, thank you for being the most patient and rewarding nurses ever. You both cease to amaze me.
